The tents arrived open because of fedex. Luckily there is a bag inside the box kept everything flawless. I set them up to run into a problem with the zippers. On some models there is a specific way to line them up. I called assuming I’d have to RMA the tents (bummer), only to learn their support and warranty is top tier. They offered to replace immediately, but Mike also went out on the floor and troubleshooted my issues remotely. He was able to find a solution and I get to keep my tents. Happy with the product, stoked on the customer service. Just tape the boxes better xD

Terrible customer service. Do not buy their tents. Over priced, unrealistic advertising. For example I am under 144lbs and the vars on the roof bent. Let alone 3 grown men hanging as they show you. This is just an overrated company that's made so much money at this point they don't care about the customer anymore. Refused to take a tent back without me paying for the shipping AND a restocking fee. I joined the armed forces and tried to return tent but couldn't return tent online. So it arrives and I call to return and the guy was a total dick to me once I said I was army and needed to send things back. Like he had a bone to pick with the military. I will never buy their products again and I have been for over a decade.

The gorilla lite tent was a mistake. I purchased basically because of the extension option, not realizing how much it restricts the accessibility. Stay clear unless you stand under 5 feet tall. You will be majorly disappointed.......

Why buy the rest when you can have the best with gorilla grow tent.

There was an issue with the website that caused my order to process twice, but the customer service staff was quick to get it reversed and refunded to my account.

The tents are heavy duty. Love everything about them, except the light leaks through the front door. My 4x8 lite tent isn't as bad, but my 5x5 leak is terrible. Would have given 5 stars if not for the light leaks, which are caused by only using 3 little strips of velcro. 5 strips would have gotten 5 stars.

Took over two weeks to arrive.
Showed up poorly packaged and damaged.
Like my last order.
I will not order from Grow Strong again.

Quality of product delivered is almost inexistent. Good idea thought, too bad it had be sent to china to be turned into an overpriced POS. As a customer this is a bad joke or just plain capitalism at its worse .. zippers broke after a couple of uses .. you read that well: 1 - 2 - BROKE!! Velcro is already starting to fail to keep together, and last but not least the reflective material has begun to peel off in small areas. Could’ve paid less for something just as bad or maybe somehow better.

These guys had my shipment out same day. Pretty impressive. They also have actual human beings that answer the phone lines for questions.
These qualities are hard to find this day and age. Keep up the good work grow strong industries.
