I am a complete rookie. My partner and me set this up over a couple evenings. The package is shipped securely and is well packed. The tent is really solid. There are a few pinholes, but mesh will naturally do this from my understanding. The net, poles, and extensions are easy to install following the videos.

Everything was fine....as products get updated you should update your videos and Assembly instructions....Takes to long to get help for growing, when I first ordered everyone was ready to help....I have called numerous time and said I would get a call back, then nothing.

Love it it does miracles

I have ordered both the sample pack, and the starter pack. We had been using a 15 product line, and didn’t have much luck with it. I’ve had to wait until my photo periods had been transplanted, and stabilized. They were looking pretty sad this morning when I gave them their first dose of Lotus Nutrients. This evening, they’re looking so much better and healthier! Count me in Lotus Nutrients!!

The grow tent is all the qualities of a top-of-the-line tent; it's easy to set up, its heavy-duty, the quality of the reflective materials on the inside are top-notch, the access port placement, as well as the extension accessories, were just icing on the cake..there was just one major issue...and the reason it got three stars...

All the light holes.

The tent started out pretty light proof but as time went on (6 months) I noticed more and more little light holes along the seams of the tent. I would go over these spots with a black silicone paste, which would do the trick..but I noticed more and more and more light holes appearing, I can't keep up with it so now sadly the tent is unused, it might be good for an already very dark room.

Really the best stuff I done used over the years, hands down.

Nutrients and tent I purchased are both excellent products

Placed my order on a Friday afternoon after speaking with a sales rep. at 3pm PST. Had conformation email in 30 minutes. Order filled and delivered in 7 days to the east coast. Everything packed right and in excellent condition. Love their products. No complaints and will definitely buy from this company in the future.
