On multiple item order 2 items arrived damaged, customer service was excellent in dealing with this, refunds given and no stress at all.

What can I say that’s not already been said? Great service pops are ways well protected wether it be a £10 or a £100 pop which I think is brilliant and keeps me going back time and time again. Placed an order mid November, took a week to dispatch thats understandable in the current climate, they dispatched the wrong order to me sent it back after a 3 day wait from their support to get a return form, been waiting over 2 weeks to get the correct order dispatched.

Contact them and get told "it'll be dispatched once its cleared our returns team" they've had the return for 12 days now.

Update: after my final email they couldn't guarantee my package would be dispatched before Christmas even with my return(they sent me someone else's order) sitting in their warehouse for over 2 weeks, they tried to play the card of this isn't their usual style of service and refunded me instead of sorting their mistake out.

Now I need to try get replacement presents while in tier 4 lock down, won't be using this company again.

Good customer service, had a problem with the order before dispatch and was rectified by the team. Packaging was very good and all pops came in a peotector. Top marks for that.
