Goods Not Received After 4 Years

Today is the 4th anniversary of my purchase of Good Omen Funko Pops, and yet I've never received them. I don't believe I ever will. If this site or company is still active, don't trust them.

Beware! Thieves!

My story: I purchased some Funko Pop collectible figures from Glass Shelf Collectibles (GSC) online January 2022. I paid for some figures inclusive of postage (which was free because I spent more than £50), all of which were on pre-order meaning there would be a wait for them to come into stock before being sent. All items were due to be sent together when available. After 4 and a half months I wrote to GSC who said they were waiting on 4 items due in June/July 2022. That came and went so I wrote back in August and was told stock was expected August/September 2022. That came and went to I wrote back in November and was told stock was now expected November/December for two items not in stock but as a 'gesture of goodwill' they said send three of the five items they had in stock without charging additional postage which they would normally do. Early December 2022, a few items from my order arrived. The remaining items were still not in stock so I waited for those. Over SIX months later I was still awaiting those and wrote again to GSC who replied that they were STILL awaiting stock. By this point I was well beyond the point where I could claim a refund through my payment source, PayPal, and asked for a refund in August 2023. They responded that same month and said they would make a refund but I would have to wait 30 days. That came and went and no refund was made. I wrote in September and October 2023 but received no response. In December 2023 I wrote again asking for a formal final response but received a return email saying the email no longer existed. I tried again in case I had made an error with the address (I hadn't) and received the same thing. I subsequently sent a message on Facebook Messenger and only received an auto response. There was no follow up from them. I also used the contact form on their website but still have not received a response. Because I paid via PayPal (through a direct debit with PayPal) there does not seem any way to claim my money back for the items I have not received because the period by which most people would claim back had passed. I was a fool to trust this company. So basically I have been robbed but without any recourse. I very much doubt I will get that money back. More people need to report these to Trading Standards (through Citizens Advice usually). How this company seems to still be operating, I'll never know. AVOID! And if you're coming up to the period when you lose the chance to get your money back through PayPal or your bank or credit card company, don't believe these charlatans and GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Complete wrong item recieved and bad customer service.

Ordered a Willow Tree ornament for my mother as mothers day gift, however when my parcel arrived I recieved something completely different to what I ordered. I recieved a Pop! Figurine. I contacted customer support to be told multiple times the customer support email did not exist, even tried facebook and instagram, no response. Eventually had an amail saying a refund had been issued (which I havent recieved yet) but was never apologised to or even told if the item I actually ordered was going to be sent out to me. Now given up hope and ordering the item for my mother from elsewhere. Im not normally one to review things, but the service for this place definitely needs improvement.

Great communication and price

Communication was excellent. After reading reviews on here I was a bit dubious, as people had reported waiting years and getting nothing. Especially as I'd already ordered 2 Marvel Collector Corps boxes. However they kept me informed and my parcels arrived, one on time and one early. Will be using them again for sure.

Never had any problems

Always had great customer service when buying in stock Funko Pops. I did have one box that arrived damaged and the company were quick to respond to my email and sent me out a new box straight away.

Nothing but great things to say about GSC!

5 Orders 1 Refund

First ordered with GSC Oct 2022 and out of a total of 5 orders, I only had 1 item refunded (Out of stock) and I got the refund a few days later. Good selection of Funko Pops!

Despicable company.

There are many people who have placed orders with this company and never had anything in return. I have sent numerous messages via their contact forms but they never bother to reply.
I have come to the conclusion that you cannot trust them, therefore I strongly recommend you do not place any orders with them. They cannot be trusted. Despicable way to run a business, taking money without having any intention to honour your orders.

Since my last review in 2020 I have…

Since my last review in 2020 I have been waiting for pre orders since then through 2021 and 2022 to the value of over £400. I'm sick of emailing and messaging to find out what's going on and now I want my money back. I feel that I'm not the only person to has been frauded out of money for pre orders that never seem to arrive. My next step is small claims court as it will only cost about £40 to get a judgement against them. If you're reading this Glass Shelf Collectibles I suggest you reach out to me before I go to court.

5 star service received thank you very much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Have ordered from this company a few times now with pre orders involved and never had a problem. Excellent communication Highly recommend. 👍👍👍👍 Also some of the lowest prices I’ve found.

Pre-order sent in Dec 2020

Pre-order sent in Dec 2020, Had enough and requested refund on 23/12/2022. Sent emails and used contact form. No response, no refund. Absolutely would never recommend this Company unless they have the stock in hand. Waiting for my refund, if GSC read this it is order #5665, as they don't read or respond antwhere else.
