Honestly, not happy with the customer service. I've emailed twice and it's been a few days, messaged on Instagram and used their contact form but not heard anything. It's quite urgent as it's regarding a cancellation

Absolutely excellent
First time ordering from Glass Shelf Collectibles and was delighted.
I purchased a £40 Ripley with power loader a funko pop for £15 as the box was damaged but honestly, it was just a little tear. I also purchased the new Harry Potter with philosophers stone Funko, and was very surprised that it came in a Pop Protector.
Delighted, with service, packaging and price.

In the past this company has been good…
In the past this company has been good for some of my funko pops but sadly this isn't the case, put in a pre-order back in September 2021 the date was changed a couple of times scheduled to deliver in January ok fine; January passes was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but had enough of the wait and disputed it with PayPal, definitely has soured my experience with them will be seeking elsewhere.
