9 months waiting for my order and still nothing. My emails now being ignored!!
Very disappointed with this company! I placed an order over 9 months ago with them and still not received my items. I've contacted them numerous times to be told they're waiting on the shipment coming to them, which is fair enough to some degree but these items were out months ago everywhere else and still nothing. Asked for a refund to be told they'll give me in store credit. The consumer act from 2015 states I am entitled to my money back!! My last email to them a week ago seems to have been ignored! Will never shop with them again. Disgraceful customer service!!

Never responded and ignored emails
Company that doesnt respond when they have your money, Ordered a funko for a friend and emailed soon after before dispatch but they ignored my email and sent it anyway, Didnt hear anything since and havent responded to any emails. Avoid!

Pretty Pretty Pretty good !!!!.
Very pleased with my purchase from glass shelf collectibles. Firstly nice easy to use website and well stocked with some great items. Secondly the prices including postage of the items I purchased was way better than any competitors prices I could find. Thirdly and probably the most important to me is the packaging of my purchases and Glass shelf collectibles was amazing absolutely no chance of any damages the parcel and contents we’re bombproof. I would highly recommend this company and will be using again.

Avoid!
In 2020, I placed an order for two sets of funkos, gifts for friends. The website stated that expected delivery might be after Christmas, which was fine. It’s now May 2022 and I am /still/ waiting. In all this time, in spite of numerous emails, I have received only one reply, blaming the suppliers, and offering store credit as if I want forty quid’s worth of random plastic figurines.
I’ve asked for updates. I’ve asked for my money back. I’ve messaged on Facebook, tried the contact form, email… no reply. I wouldn’t trust this outfit to supply a quarter of humbugs from the corner shop.

Avoid pre-orders from this company
I placed an order in October. When it still hadn't arrived in April, I requested a refund. I've now been struggling for more than 3 weeks to get all my money back. I would not recommend pre-ordering from this company. Their customer service is extremely unresponsive and at this point I doubt I'll get my money back.

No order received!!!!
Still not had my order despite chasing and been ignored. So can't leave any postive rating here.
Further to glass shelf collectibles reply, I responded on every occasion to you and have the email trails to prove. I recieved an email late yesterday after me writing this to say they didn't realise I'd paid for spilt shipping so you held onto my orders. So I'm sorry your reply is wrong and I have the email trails to prove, so please don't try to cover up poor customer service. Thank you
Thank you for your response but this is a lie!!!! I sent you 27 emails, no response. I messaged you on Facebook which was ignored. So don't lie. I eventually went to my bank about you and took it up with PayPal who found in my favour and have finally refunded my money. So don't lie to make yourselves look good because I have all the evidence showing no response. You couldn't even be bothered to reply to paypal. Thank goodness for them refunding me as you ignored me!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DONT REPLY TO YOU, KEEP YOUR MONEY THEN LIE IN THEIR RESPONSE ON A REVIEW!!!!!

Finally got the ANTI-VENOM FUNKO
