Have been looking for certain collectibles and have found Glass Shelf Collectibles have a good selection at reasonable prices. I am kept up-to date with my orders which have come in good time and in sturdy packaging. I have not experienced any problems and therefore have no hesitations in recommending them.

I ordered 6 pre order Funko Pops back in January 2022 and I haven't received any of them despite being told that they should arrive May/June time. I have sent about 3 emails to customer service since then and I have had no reply’s. Customer service is very poor and I would actually say that it is none existent. I am going to try to get my money back but I don’t hold out much hope. Definitely would not recommend ordering from this company

Ordered Pops from the company 13 months ago, Pre-orders now the products are removed from their website with no contact what so ever to explain the situation.

I had made contact and was told it would have been October and they were delayed from the original release date however Its December now and all products missing from their website with no contact to explain it, Considering its a £80 order and they've had my money for over a year now, It doesn't meet standards of customer service other people are saying they've had.

Unfortunately I had the incorrect item dispatched, but Glass Shelf Collectables went above and beyond to sort it out. Good to know this is an honest and trustworthy retailer.

I ordered 4 Funko Pops I couldn’t find else where and they came in the protectors with no damage at all.. So happy!! Roll on next payday :)

Placed order 263 days ago. Having waited over 200 days for this item to be delivered I decided it had been too long and requested a cancellation. Waited 2 week with no reply so emailed again. Again after 2 weeks no reply. I then decided to message on Facebook. Still no reply. I then emailed for a third time. This time after a week I got a reply saying I could exchange for goods in store. Having looked on there site and by now very frustrated with this company I replied asking for a refund as per there terms and conditions which states after 90 days a full refund can be claimed. That was over a month ago and to this date I haven't heard anything from this joke of a company. I have tried there Twitter, Instagram and Facebook all with no contact.

If you was considering purchasing from this company I would seriously reconsider after the poor customer service I have experienced. Quick to take your money but not follow the experience through to completion.

Update:

After a week commenting on there Twitter, Facebook & Instagram every day and sending a recorded/signed for letter to there premises I have now recieved a refund.

To date 20-10-22 I recieved 1 email from GSC saying I wouldn't recieved a refund. No other correspondence via email or any social media platform.

Ordered 1 item 14 months ago now as a pre-order no updates, no response to the e-mails I've sent, I want a full monetary refund and I want it right now.

Ordered a few funko pops for my collection and was delighted with them. Quick delivery, cheap prices and they all came with protector boxes. Highly recommended.

Second time ordering with gsc, excellent range of funko pops and collectibles including new releases and really good offers, I ordered a new release for my teen who’s an avid collector which I wasn’t able to obtain anywhere else at an amazing price! excellent customer service, very friendly helpful owner and I was able to collect same day! I pre-ordered from here at the back end of last year having seen some amazing reviews and customer feedback at that time. I noticed the items in one of my orders disappeared from the side and from the other order, items were becoming readily available. When I asked for an update I was told that items would be held until everything was released but they could maybe make an allowance. A few weeks later, due to a change in circumstances, I emailed two or three times for a refund which was unanswered and when I checked online more reviews started appearing that people were not getting refunds or responses. I managed to raise a case via PayPal who eventually managed to get my money back. It’s a shame as some people have had such good experiences but I’d avoid any pre orders. I won’t be using this company.
