Very sturdy ,completely cancels out the sound of your wheel ,just a bit complicated to set up

Purchased a Prime Lite cockpit and some other items, had to contact GT Omega for an update after hearing nothing for four days—felt like a waste of time with them just stalling. Asked for the items to arrive by Saturday the 10th, and said I’d request a refund if they didn’t. Still haven’t heard back; if anyone is looking for sim gear, go elsewhere—total waste of time here. Update: it’s now the 16th and still nothing. All I’m getting from GT Omega is that it’s in transit, but they can’t give me a delivery date—not good enough.

5 stars experience, from start to end. Good quality, fast delivery to France, amazing product.

What can I say about GT Omega?
Well this is quite an easy one to be fair.
From my own personal experience and from friends where I’ve said to them to purchase from GT Omega, I can speak for myself and them when I say, great products and a fantastic company with a dedicated team that are always reachable and very helpful.
10/10 on quality for products and also 10/10 for support. Because support is also very important when investing in your hobby.
I’ve already lined up my next purchase.
If anyone needs reassurance when using GT Omega, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy to understand website. Fast handling of the package and the shipping time was alot shorter then i expected

So in June 2015 I bought a GT Omega gaming chair totalling £169.94, in December 2018 the rocker part failed so I contacted them asking if I could purchase the part. Surprise not only did they send me the rocker/swivel part but also the pressurised upright and the star base and rollers. I recently got some cushion armrests

I have bought several products from GT Omega and the service has always been first class. Every product I have bought from arm rests to keyboard trays have been excellent.

Ordered a Simcokpit inc seat paid for extra delivery.

Delivery wasn't posted on time DHL lost my parcel first day and now can't find it in the depo

Had to open a case on PayPal for a refund and I paid via Credit card.

CC company said to use PayPal for a claim first then they will deal with it if its not refunded.

Sent GT Omega emails and the responses are slow but ive not had one for a while hense my review.

Days of out for delivery but nothing ordered the 28th November, now the 17th December still no cockpit.

Can I get a refund can I hell.

Natwest credit card fraud team now having to deal with it as they point blanc refuse to refund

If you are stupid enough to order from here please use a credit card the protection you get from a credit card will save u hundreds of pounds

I heard bad things about GT Omegas customer service but I was not prepared for how bad it really is.

Ordered £225 worth of goods from GT omega on the 21st of November 2025, I asked that it was delivered to me on the 4th of 5th of December as I had booked them off work so I could recieve the parcels. GT Omega got back to me and agreed, all looked good so far.

Come the 6th of December nothing had been delivered to I wrote to Customer services trying to work out what on earth was going on.

I got a reply on the 8th of December informing me they apologise and will get it out this week. I informed them that this was unreasonable I can't book more time off work, Please can they have it sent special delivery on the 9th of December and I could arrange collection - No reply.

It got to the 10th of December with no response from the customer service team and no projected delivery date 17 days after placing my order.

Really dissapointed. I will update if they provide some kind of compensation or resolution.

Ordered an Evo Ergonomic chair. Arrived at the wrong address (UPS problem I know) I open the package to find all the parts just thrown in the box with no fluffing or anything. Next, the back cushion is missing, and the top back cusion has a hole in it. All the other parts have visible wear and tear. Almost like they sent a used product when I paid full price.

Took it with support, one time James responds (actually a decent guy, does his best.) And sometimes Declan replies (horrible support, 0 remorse and genuinely doesn't know how to treat a customer). Asked for a refund (defective product) they tried to saddle me with shipping (150 euros). We then settled on a replacement alongside side a 40 euro compensation (300 euro chair, and they gave 40 after a long string of emails)

They sent a replacement chair (after a week of back and fourth emails) just for it to be even worse than the first one. They actually sent the missing part this time but the mesh parts were so loose it was unusable.

Now im in the process of refunding both chairs and shipping them back. Wasted a month of my life, and took away any chance of getting a decent chair for Christmas. They are so low quality I cant even disassemble the base to fit it in the box...

Horrible product and experience from such a reputable brand. Would never recommend nor try and buy anything else from them again.

And if you are already in deep, beg to god its not Declan taking your case.

They recived their defective products, and they are withholding the refund process.
Its been 4 business days since the packages arrived, and still they have not initiated the return process, also they are no loonger responding to emails. Its insane that I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Scummy behavior especially around the holidays.

I finally got my refund after a never ending wait. From the 19th of November till the 31st of December this horrible experience has been going on for. And to add salt to the wound, I had to pay 10£ in exchange fees due to how long they kept the money and how exchange rates changed over this time.

Never again.

Great pricing, good delivery and theres no hidden surprises - a fantastic product and really professional and comfortable!

If you are not competent building a professional rug, then the instructions will be next to useless for you, but otherwise overall a great one stop shop for all my sim racing needs

Utter crap customer service . Declan is a waste of time . There reward program is a joke and misleading . And if do have an issue . Pray .

Awesome products, great customer service and superfast delivery. The only problem is how fast im emptying my bank account with more items - couldnt recommend them more

Positive shopping experience for me buying the "Apex wheel stand". Quick and easy delivery to Norway.

Ordered a prime setup with inertia bucket seat. No option to select a courier, they chose a courier that doesn't offer any weekend delivery.. I reached out to customer service to get more info and ask what the process is for missed deliveries etc. was literally told 'I don't know' by Declan at one point. I had to take a day off to accept parcels.
Arrived today, legitimately awful instructions, checked their own videos online and these aren't up to date and don't line up with instructions either.
Currently still in the building process, I have a missing screw for the wheel mount and it doesn't sit together flush, so I already know it's going to rattle as I drive..
overall, for a well trusted established company, the service and product have been awful.
I'll obviously update when I've had a chance to get it as finished as I can with the missing screw, or if I have any decent customer support from them.
Tough review to write because I was only ever happy with this company in the past.
