The racing sim frame is super solid. Excellent value, im really happy with it. The chair is also good. Delivery was speedy and when emailed them to ask about a delayed delivery (not their fault) they responded right away. I'll be buying from them again.

I just want to say how damn good the new sim gloves are.
Ive used a number of different brands and had multiple problems with each however not only was the pre order simple the delivery was fast and when they got here the gloves fit ..... well like a glove. They felt like a second skin and didn't feel distracting at all on the hand. Really good quality and made up to finally have a decent glove to go with my rig.

Great service, great products. Never had any comfort issues, or creaks. Very comfortable simracing chairs, and very affordable simrigs. That’s how you do it.

Great service from GT Omega , quick delivery easy shopping process , Have had the chair 2 weeks , have had to stuff paper up the arm rests as the plastic casing around the arm rest fitting does not fit well and makes it wobbly

I bought some products off of the website and it came very quickly, i also scored some points and was able to get something i liked!

Horrendous customer service. Products come with incomplete instructions. You would need an engineering degree from Oxford to be able to construct the kits. Customer service don't have a phone line - their words not mine - they emailed instructions videos for other equipment and said it was the best they could do. I'd never ever recommend them.

Delivery was very quick 2 days in fact.
This is my second rig from GT Omega and the prime lite r is by far the best yet and is ideal for all my needs with minimal moment (unless forced !!).
I would highly recommend for beginners and is easily upgradable with all the prime extras, the price is
to bad either.

I came to you guys after a great experience in the past with my ART Cockpit that’s lasted me well for about 15yrs (and has had haptics and all sorts bolted to it just fine.)

This time I went with the prime hybrid cockpit, prime triple monitors stand, easy adjustment VESA plates, prime casters and prime floor plate.

Delivered to me within 48 hours and assembled over the next few days. What an upgrade, I have added all my hardware to it and it’s taken my set up to the next level. ✅

The adjustability of the hybrid is exceptional, it takes myself, my wife and even my friends 8yr old with no problem, such is its adjustability!!

More importantly, it has housed all my hardware perfectly and being able to use the profile slots as cable runners for my haptics and speakers etc has kept everything really tidy, I made a false floor for underneath the pedal tray for electrics which has helped with the old wiring OCD.

I will upload a video with this review that walks you round the rig (but forgot to mention the 4x 100w transducers)

Use GT Omega with confidence guys. The hardware is great, the staff I spoke with were helpful (James Campbell) and I’m quite sure they won’t let you down.

I had amazing experience talking to the person who helps you before purchasing (James Campbell for me). Extremely helpful and had really quick responses.

The monitor stand was very affordable at £190 for a triple set up. Its solid and is going to see me through any future upgrades, it is designed to take large screens. I am only using for 3 x 27 inch Aorus monitors. I did need to use spacers and longer vesa screws as the mounting plates on the stand are 200x200 and most monitors are 100x100 - and in the case of my monitor - its inset. If your monitor has a flat back there will be no issue.
I also recommend getting the quick mount brackets. They are designed for 100x100 and also allow easier adjustment. I did not and aligning the monitors did take a bit of futtering - would have been easy with a helper.
I also had a strange issue regarding delivery which Declan helped me resolve within an hour of emailing.
These stands I would strongly recommend for non sim setups too - Landlord friendly, moveable, solid and no desktop space taken up.
GT Omegas stuff is solid - it will take the abuses of aggressive sim racing. I wont look anywhere else.

first class product, i have purchased the Omega Prime and seat a while back everything arrived well packed and on the date GT Omega told me, just purchased the new keyboard tray for the prime, just like all the other stuff i have purchased from GT Omega it arrived on time and well packed. Fantastic kit, and a wonderful company to deal with. Gt omega prime lite all went together with ease and has proven to be rock solid. Infinite customisability and plenty of options to make it my own.

Ordered several items and paid for next day delivery, almost a week later and nothing contacted gt about this days ago and nothing, an email stating they would windows what has happened to my packages and nothing since, I wouldn't be to bother but this is hundreds of pounds worth of equipment and they can't even be bothered to chase it up, crap customer service to say the least

I know the terms and conditions of sale state that returns are the buyer's responsibility, but I think it's unfair to not mention the high return costs and, more importantly, not collaborate with the customer in any way to find a solution. Unfortunately, the seat must be tried on in person, and even taking all the necessary measurements doesn't guarantee a proper fit.

The products are excellent, and the customer service is amazing! They reply to emails immediately, no matter what you ask, and always find a solution to any question or issue you have.

I’ve used GT Omega on many occasions without any hassle.
I currently use the GT Omega prime cockpit with the inertia bucket seat and the stand alone quad mount
