Great experience dealing with GT Omega. I have purchased both the prime lite and recently upgraded to the prime rig, I have also just upgraded to the prime adjustable pedal and seat plates, absolutely great products. GT Omega have outstanding customer service wirh fast delivery.

I bought a PRO XL Series - Leather / Black in February 2022. Was very pleased with it until the tilting mechanism jammed in July24. They sent a replacement mechanism and all was fine until a week ago. Not only did the mechanism break, but the steel wire holding the bottom of the chair together snapped and I ended up on the floor. I rang customer service, they were happy to sell me another tilt mechanism but not interested at all in the structural failure of the chair. 3 years use for a £200 chair is not acceptable.

Quality for the price is well worth it. Especially compared to others

I looked all over the place lots of websites and shops I could not find any strengthening bars for my old wobbly SIM rig GT omega had them where no one else did these bars make a world of difference to my sim rig it's now solid and I will definitely be using GT omega again for anything sim rig related thank you, dean

Fantastic quality item with easy to follow instructions. The rig is built to a very high standard using quality materials and the seat is super comfortable for long stints.

Great site and company, lots off great stuff and offers, quick service: they used DHL who are pretty consistently the best couriers. Might be niche stuff but I would recommend to anyone with a growing interest in sim racing, which is experiencing a bit of a golden age right now. Thanks GT OMEGA!

The shop is really good and trustworthy and i would recommend to everyone to shop from there because most of the times their prices are really low.

They gave me great advice on what products to go for as a beginner and ended up going with Moza!

After buying a elite chair in 2020 and having no issues whatsoever with it and is still going to this day
I decided to also buy a GTomega Prime Lite R because of its low price and how sturdy the actual frame is with room for upgradability with its use of aluminium extrusion frames I was able to adapt my trusty elite chair and it fits perfect maybe a little low for some people but good enough for me

I’ve been wanting to build a sim rig and get racing for a while now and I found GT Omega when searching for sim equipment.
There site offered lots of great choice for all budgets, I have gone with the ART cockpit and will soon be adding a monitor stand.

I bought the folding seat which i was dubious about at first but when it arrived and i had built it i was really impressed at how sturdy it is, also really comfortable even after a few hours of racing. My son also uses it (12yrs old) so good for most sizes. So yes i can highly recommend this product and more so GT OMEGA. Excellent 10/10 will buy again

after receiving a faulty mat with some damage i wasn't impressed and reflected that in my review, but GTomega got in touch really fast and apologized then arranged a replacement for the next day, and i am now happy with the product and their customer service is great, 10 out of 10.
