Smooth shipping and delivery + the hybrid rig is really solid too. Overall great experience the only thing I’d improve is the assembly manual sometimes not being 100% clear

Purchased the GT Omega Titan. Sadly I found that the countless screws that came with it, all were too small and could not be used to attach the rectangular metal frame to the bottom of the seat, and thus unable to then attach to the cockpit. This persisted for weeks after receiving the cockpit!
I had contacted GT Omega only for them to suggest I don’t used the rectangular metal frame and see if I could bolt the seat direct to the cockpit!? My question is if that is the case then why bother including the rectangular frame with the cockpit, the seat would be lower than normal, there would be less stability, should I not get a discount as they suggest I dont use this rectangular metal frame, and why do thousands of other customers able to used this and I am to be treated differently (double standards?)?
They did finally understand that the screws provided were far too short (had to send numerous photos and had to explain and explain again over 3-4 days!). The next issue was that they only provided two of the four screws needed to bolt the rectangular metal frame and seat to the cockpit!? Problem after problem.
So dissappointed, awful experience, and not even an apology! 2-3 weeks and still not been able to complete the cockpit. Spent an extra £30 to purchase the correct length screws and the other missing screws.

Amazing experience with this company. Purchased a wheel stand and moza R12 bundle from them. The whole thing arrived within about 3 days. The gt omega product was perfect, the stand was solidly built. There was a slight issue with the wheel of the Moza bundle (not even gtomegas fault), so I contacted gtomega for a replacement and was promptly assisted by a very helpful man named James. With very little effort I now have a replacement on the way. I was very nervous about purchasing such an expensive setup but I am incredibly happy I went with gt omega as they seem to be an outstanding company so far. I will be coming back to them for future purchases as I’ll be needing a shifter, handbrake and clutch pedal in future.

Bought the GT Omega Lite and Chase v2 bucket seat, along with a couple of extra accessories, the side mount for the Fanatec DD, plate for the CSL pedals and a floor mat. Products are top quality, the service and support are very good. I’d highly recommend these products and their service.

Had some problems with my order, I understand that sometimes bad things happen, the reason for 5 stars even though i had some problems was due to that their support was outstanding and was very fast to go above and beyond to fix the problems

A few days ago I purchased the new ON 22 ergonomic chair to see if it was worth it and to be fair it's not bad. For the price it was worth and I also bought the arm rests. I've looked at quite a lot of ergonomic chairs as a lot of them have good reviews however some are extreme amount of money. I got the ON 22 chair very quick when purchased but there's something I need to confess. The washers for putting screws in are way to large so I didn't bother putting them in as it they were making marks in the chair and didn't fit at all. Apart from that the chair is good and does what it's supposed to do. Another thing about the chair is on the gt omega site it said it had a sliding seat but I've tried to see if it did however I dont believe that this is a feature on the chair. It reclines and has adjustable arm rests plus lumbar and head rest adjustments. So in all honesty for the price for those who are looking/wanting this chair this is my review on it and it's good for price.

This is a great shop. The product is of great quality and the delivery was very fast and they kept me up to date about the shipment. It took as long as it said. Not the last time I ordered at GT Omega. Definetly recommended.

Bought the Titan about a year ago, and the way it was shipped was awsome. So there was no question about where I gonna buy my monitor mount. And again they didn’t dissapoint me. Delivered within 7 days, and it was sealed in a way, you could drop it out off a plain and you wouldn’t get a scratch on it. Thanks again, this give a lot more fun to Simrace !!!

I bought the GT Omega Prime Lite which exceeded my expectations. It’s very sturdy and does not bend. Have been using it for many hours now and nothing to complain about

It's a great wheel stand, easy to assemble, quite flexible in adjustability, and holds the 8nm base perfectly. I would also like to note the large number of additional bolts and fasteners - I didn't need to visit a hardware store to install everything securely.

I Bought a moza r5 that’s usually rather annoying to get your hands on so i’m told, However I got it within one week of ordering and the packaging was great and entire process was easy and fast!!!

what can i say the chairs this company makes are solid, great for a the larger guy and sturdy.
this is the second chair i have brought from them and this one sits in the office all round comfort and brilliant designs.

I'm a big fan of these gaming chairs. I upgraded from a dining chair to this.. What a huge difference. I recently compared my new to my partners Gt Omega he's had for over 10 years which shows how long they can last for! You can clearly tell they've improved the quality of the fabric chair as the material back then felt cheaper. However, when comparing I noticed the base of the gaming chair has had a downgrade. It's now made out of plastic instead of good quality metal and the support pillows feel too firm. Apart from those little things this chair is perfect and is very comfortable

I ordered from GT Omega knowing the item I wanted was on preorder. My order came sooner than expected, was well packaged and everything was in great condition.
Throughout the process I received plenty of updates both from GT Omega and the delivery company (DX) once the items were shipped. The two delivery chaps were great too.
All in all I’ve had a great experience purchasing from GT Omega and can highly recommend them.
