I really appreciate this company
I really appreciate this company for providing dog sitters information for towns across the UK as we traveled. We used two sitters in two different cities while taking our dog on vacation with us across England. Whenever we travel with our dog , we always take time to make sure everything we do is dog friendly . Now that I have found this service - we can do things that he isn’t allowed to go to- and still k ow he is safe and happy. Our dog is my baby and his safety and happiness is my highest priority.

Odi tells me he loved his time with his sitters
Odi tells me he loved his time with JP and Maria. They took him for a walk and played with him alot.

Lots of technical problems!!!!!!
I find both the website and the App very unreliable - lots of glitches and it sometimes closes altogether. When making a booking I was being charged the holiday rate although there was no public holiday in my booking. Then I was being charged for 15 nights when I had only selected 11. I contact customer services and got nor reply. Contacted the sitter and we managed to get the booking through. All very frustrating. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is that I eventually got my booking sorted.
