Great means if finding a reliable dog minder
Great means of finding a reliable dog sitter. There is the added assurance that they have all been vetted, and that your dog us insured for its stay. Would be great if there were more sitters listed in my area, and if calendars for availability were kept up to date

Need to improve app
They should really try to improve the app.
The app is very buggy and often logs me out.
There is no option to cancel or refund a dog owner when the booking is underway EG: we recently had to give a dog back as it was reactive to a dog we were minding and couldn’t refund the owner.
When I needed help and had to contact Gudog they replied to me 3 weeks after I sent the message and then didn’t reply to my last message and ended the conversation with me and now I have no way to contact them in the app.
It’s very good for its purpose but everything else isn’t too great.
It’s also not clear that 15% is taken from both parties

It met all the requirements the sitter and the owner need.
The Gudog application is very user friendly and the algorithm to promote the profile is finned tune. We have been using the app for a month and 0 errors.
Money transfers of the bookings reach always in time to my account.

Excellent service. The app is easy to use, the minders are vetted, and vet insurance is included in the price.

App technical Issues & Service Costd
The App is a bit buggy currently..for example - App crashes when selecting 'View Details' in Bark Board. Also being shown sitters as available for selected dates in search, however no availability selected in calendar for the search dates. I am disappointed that the service is now charging additional fees for late pickup on top of high sitter fees. Sitter prices in the last 2 years have increased 50-70% well above inflation.

The only problem I have with Gudog is…
The only problem I have with Gudog is not the dog walkers/minders etc. but Gudog itself as in your chat link that claims to answer queries in under 30mins I didn't receive a response until after 2 days and the response wasn't even related to my query.
