Have bought several Jigs and other items over past year and a half.
Have never had any issues.
Quality of Jigs were excellent and as described.
Being from united states shippy was expensive, but being able to weigh the shipping price against the product was my choice. Have to say shipping was prompt .
When I went to checkout everything seemed normal.
Was prompted that shindig tax would be calculated at checkout.
A day after order had been placed i started get threading (maybe strong) e mails from ups.
I thought they were spam based on topic.
Later after they kept coming I went to ups to clarify.
It was true customs was holding my package. My package was being held hostage until I paid an additional 70.00 dollars to customs.
It took me 3hours and several divisions to find out with no definitive reason. Pay up or no product.
When I asked my options, there were none.
(Don't pay, item deemed unclaimed and would be destroyed) needless to say paid.
My complaint is this should have been presented to me at time of purchase.
Totally unexptable .

I live in Australia, and only they had what I wanted. prices good, and good products. communicate well and very fast delivery.

We asked if it was possible to choose the material for the fretboard as dark as possible.
When the fret board blanks arrived, they were just as good as you could wish for.
Very much appreciated!

I bought a string spacing ruler. It came when I expected, and it's very good quality. I like that the markings are actually holes in the metal so you can mark the nut through the ruler. And it was a better price than anything from any of the asian online retailers, which often don't have the same quality or accuracy for precision tools.

I ordered additional set of air stripes inlays of Gold pure celluloid.

The second set quality differed a lot from the first one. the first one was excellent, but the second was poor quality

Several hours after the order I mentioned that I made a mistake on the order during the weekend. On monday morning you have the info with a clear title "ERROR on order" that 1 item should be removed. You sent the package without removing the item.
Also same for the VAT supposed to be free. I have a coupon for later instead of a refund. Meaning to say that I must order again to be in my right.
Your policy in in your way and not in the customer way.

Was very helpful when I was not doing the order correct.
