Everything is well explain on the website and the bot is easy to buy.
The gunthy token delivery was fast (under 24hours).
I do recommend this reseller.

Easy to setup, little knowledge of Json could be handy in case some happens.

Great software, It seems to work for people that know what they're doing.

Great interactions with Pim over email. Always very helpful, patient and polite.

The telegram group, not so much. It comes over as a bit cliquey and not very tolerant of people that have genuine concerns on how trading strategies work for them. Certain people appear to be easily offended if they think you're casting aspersions on the veracity of their application (even if you didn't).

I've left the Telegram group because of this bad experience.

There was an update that was on a different link than the one they gave me...not on github, on the forum. This caused my gunbot not to work and really made the whole experience a nightmare. Finally i got a hold of the support team and they fixed it right away but damn it was hard. I ended sending money to some troll who saw my problem on the forum. I know that was my stupid fault but it could and should have been avoided with the proper program from the beginning. Anyone reading this, the problem is with connection to kraken...dont freak out! Get a hold of your vendor directly...good luck everyone

I did a substantial amount of research before purchasing automated trading software and I can confidently say I have zero regrets going with Gunbot. I have limited experience with such technical programs as I come from a manual trading background. The support network Gunbot provides is absolutely insane in terms of helpfulness and the response time is faster than what you would get from your wife!

I have spent a solid amount of time building my trading plan and backtesting various strategy settings, all of which have been critiqued along the way. I feel very confident with starting the bot for the first time and I do not think I would have made it this far without the support network they provide.

In my limited experience as a user, I think it is invaluable to spend time reading through the wiki guide, backtest your strategies and then build an organised system to follow. It will help you far more in the long run rather than just figuring out "how do I turn it on?". I think this approach is totally flawed as you will fail to understand the fundamental concepts of the software.

This product deserves a 5 star review ALL DAY LONG.

Fancy and nice, it really works for me. Left the others in the dust after the 1st day of use.

Could add more exhaustive explications in info-bubbles for each parameter settings.
Sometimes lacks intuitive user interface.

As a professional trader, I have started a testing and review the main trading bots that exist on the market. This one clearly does not offer an interesting value proposal to its users.
Ergonomy: maybe their strongest point
Functionnalities: not impressed at all by their name dropping of strategies here. I have had difficulties using them and had some bugs in their execution with some more than annoying slippage.
Connectivity to exchanges: good access to the largest crypto exchanges.
Pricing: what pricing ? I was suprised that their webpage does not even show any pricing grid. I thought it was mandatory for a retail offering.
Overall, stay away from this provider as they do not bring any added value compared to the historical players in this field.

It was going great until I got an error message and then I got referred back to the wiki page really?!?

confusing on which purchase would be 'allowed' ( starter to standard, 'promo starter to standard') , and I was told the upgrades dont include add-ons like the descriptions state for non-upgrade packages.

I submitted my order on 4/4, 4/6 - received an email that my purchase went through, but I still do not have the correct amount of tokens in my wallet so I dont have the upgrade I purchased. The support channel on telegram is incredibly helpful and informative. I'll assume there's issues getting orders done on the back with 'our unprecedented times' occurring.
