Ullizee-Inc is the business vehicle of Gunther Verheyen. Gunther calls himself an independent Scrum Caretaker on a journey of humanizing the workplace with Scrum. He started practicing Scrum in 2003, has published two best-selling books about Scrum, has partnered with Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum, and has worked with diverse teams and organizations. The Scrum services that he offers (training, coaching and consulting) build on these accumulated experiences.

Inspiring trainer with lots of experience, who smoothly links theory and practice. Very good preparation for the Scrum.org assessments or simply to clarify all the connections within the Scrum framework.

I loved the scenarios that were presented and the opportunity to discuss these in a smaller group. Coming back together as a larger group to review what other's thoughts and feedback were provided the chance to hear the views of another and develop an understanding of how they think about issues differently from myself. It was enlightening to see how our decisions aligned and did not align with yours. Again a different way to look at things can be refreshing and allow for creative ideas to issues we may have as an organization.

Such a great experience! Gunther personalized it for our situation and it was so very helpful. A ton of value was received and insights that we can apply to our organization right away!

I loved the discussions and the interactive way in which Gunther taught the class.
The discussions were very helpful with thinking things through and I learned a lot from the participants’ expertise.
I appreciate how Gunther led us through the different scenarios and gave his input on what we had discussed in our breakout room.
I am looking forward to future classes with Gunther.

Participating in the "Scrum Pocket Class - Scrum in the Large" workshop should be the first step for anyone planning to work in multi-team Scrum. During the class, Gunther helps the group independently discover the principles to follow when working in multi-team Scrum, with many opportunities for discussion and exchange of experiences, and the exercises proposed by Gunther truly force reflection.
I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and would strongly recommend it to anyone feeling stuck in a multiple-team or scaled Scrum and unsure of how to proceed.
Nowadays, many people write and talk about Scrum, but the way Gunther does it is unique, hitting the nail on the head, showing the essence of Agility instead of just skimming the surface and talking about mechanical Scrum. Whenever you have the opportunity to learn from Gunther's experience and wisdom, take advantage of it and you won't regret it :)

I had the great pleasure to participate in the Scrum Pocket Class "Scrum in the Large".
It was a wonderful training session, as I was able to learn about the principles of Scrum in the large, how to eliminate or reduce dependencies and listen to the experiences of the other course participants.
I very much enjoyed the combination of theory, group work and Q&A time slots.
I can highly recommend this compact (half-a-day) event. Thank you Gunther for the interesting discussions we had within the group.
Best regards,
Michael

I really enjoyed a 2-day PSM II course with Gunther. it was very practical, and a continuous discussion rather than a lecture. We had a small group and shared a lot of real life scenarios, while expressing how we would approach various issues. Gunther has a lot of experience in scrum, and it was a lovely touch to receive his signed book after the class.

The Exchanges/conversations we had with Gunther and other members were really interesting and rich !
As in his book, Gunther speaks little but very accurately. It lets the space for the learners to think, exchange, and grow. Individually and between them. Really like this kind of experience. Was really a safe and comfortable experience.
Removed one star cause it wasn't exactly for the training of the PSM2 exam/questions as itself but, for me, it's a real "nice to have" training as Scrum Master Advanced.
Really encourage you to follow his training if you want to go deeper in your understanding of what are the subtility of Scrum.

I really had a productive time during my PSPO I Training with Gunther through a series of real life exercises all around Product Management and Scrum.
The discussions were insightful and gave me a lot of pointers.

Gunther took the class into a time travel mode and shared real stories & origins of Scrum and some points in the Scrum Guide. Eg: The story behind the Sprint Cancellation.
Gunther brought his real world scenarios and shared with the class to work on those. Very engaging and refreshing.
To gain knowledge & understand the history of agile & Scrum, one has to have experience, read many books and refer a lot of reference material. Gunther comes in one package.
I strongly recommend Gunther's class if you want to improve your game of Scrum, Value delivery.

Comprehensive & clear approach
Gunther gave us an insight into scrum mastership and the basic principles of scrum. We were able to bring our own current project experiences into correlation. It made us question current processes in our team, projects and company. He offered us lots of useful tips.

Gunther is a very knowledgeable and experienced Scrum practitioner. I had the pleasure to attend his PSM class which was a great experience of its own kind. Gunther made it very easy for the participants to understand the Scrum concepts and principles and it was awesome to apply these right away in the fun group assignments. Gunther's positive, open and respectful attitude made it that much more enjoyable to learn about Scrum.
I would definitely recommend attending his classes and I would work with him anytime!

I followed a PSPO I two-day training given by Gunther and was really happy with the content of the training and the way Gunther gave it.
He translated the theory to real-life examples which were understandable to everyone. He encouraged critical thinking and discussion within the group and gave his own insights from a scrum perspective to guide these group discussions.
Afterwards, I successfully completed the PSPO test and gained my certificate on the first try. The ultimate proof of how good the training was.

For many years Gunther was an inspiring virtual mentor for me. In Scrum Master journey it is inevitable to come across his marvellous work through Scrum.org, Agility Path, EBM and the Nexus framework. His books, articles, and inspirational talks helped me for many years to up my game as a Scrum Master.
I chose consciously Gunther’s class and had high expectations which he actually outperformed. I highly recommend his classes to Scrum Masters and other Agile enthusiasts which are ready to go above and beyond.
At the end of the training, he sent to the participants a signed copy of his book.
It’s a very thoughtful and nice gesture which says a lot about his warm personality.
Thank you Gunther for being a part of my journey!

Did the PSM II course. Gunther's style of teaching and knowledge is superb. The guest speaker wasn't great which let things down a bit. Course materials were great and got a brilliant pocket book too. Overall good experience.

It is easy to learn the Scrum theory, with a lot of courses available. Applying the theory however is the real challenge, one we can often only solve through experience.
Gunther Verheyen is the exception, offering a unique approach we can apply in our daily work.
