Ullizee-Inc is the business vehicle of Gunther Verheyen. Gunther calls himself an independent Scrum Caretaker on a journey of humanizing the workplace with Scrum. He started practicing Scrum in 2003, has published two best-selling books about Scrum, has partnered with Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum, and has worked with diverse teams and organizations. The Scrum services that he offers (training, coaching and consulting) build on these accumulated experiences.

Dear Gunther,
I don’t know how to Thank You enough for the great knowledge & experience you shared with us. Much Appreciated !
Despite all my extensive studies/researches, Scrum.org Certifications, and practical experience based on very-hard-work … I have learned a lot in this 2 days PSPO class !
I really believe you are one of a very few/rare “Real Agile Leaders” and "Scrum Caretaker" world-wide
I can’t describe how much I’m so happy & lucky having this great opportunity attending your class.
Thank You :)

Deep dive into the Scrum values. How important they are. My personal take away : "we can't teach values, but we could help people thinking in values."
I strongly recommend this course for anyone's doing agile or working with people.

I had the honor of attending one of Gunther Verheyen’s PSM Courses. Gunther’s class isn’t just about delivering knowledge, but about delivering experience.
It’s a subtle difference, but nevertheless very important in today’s world where everyone thinks Scrum should be tailored to their organization and where we, Scrum Masters, could really use some insights on how to deal with this.
Gunther uses hand-on (and real-life) examples and collaborative exercises to get insights into the theory of Scrum and on how to use this theory in practice.
Thanks for these two days, Gunther. They’ve certainly been an enrichment towards my future assignments and on how I perceive Scrum.
