Technical help that is second to none.

We’ve been using Guru to host our website and email services, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the support they provide. Their technical help line and customer service are second to none. Whenever we’ve needed assistance, they’ve been incredibly fast to respond, and the support team explains everything clearly and without unnecessary jargon – even I understand it all, which says a lot! It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such accessible, friendly service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

5 Stars+ for this company. Super helpful. Super fast.

We use and trust Guru for so much. They are by far, in our years of experience, the best hosts out there.

Rapid replies to tickets. Some will take 2-3 hours, some take a day. We've had replies in 10 mins on a Friday at 11pm! They are on the phone if you need them. No hidden numbers. No stupid "virtual live chat" which is a bug bear.

Real people. Real help. Often above and beyond.
They make us look good... and we thank them most sincerely for that.

Amazing support

Amazing support, excellent service, great price.
We have used Guru to host over 200 sites (mostly wordpress with woocommerce) for over 10 years, and they have been better than any other hosting company I have worked with.

Great Personal Service

I have had differing experiences with hosting companies over the years. I have noticed that there has been a very automated service and techy things become an issue that takes time to sort out.

However this does not apply to Guru who have managed the transfer of our website and advised us every step of the way. So very helpful I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The best hosting firm bar none

The best hosting firm bar none. I had one hosting company's plug-in cause all sorts of mayhem. When I reported it to their 'support' people, they want to sell me their 'premium care' package.

This isn't the worst part. They couldn't tell me how long it will take them to fix it so had no idea how much it would.

Problem created by them that I HAD to pay for.

I refused and searched for hosting companies with best tech support, and GURU came up in my search.

Immediately I could see from their reviews that they care so I moved to them.

The move was seamless and they took care of everything.

The best part? The 'problem' went away just like that!

Blown away by their 5* support

Blown away by their 5* support - why didn't I switch Hosting companies sooner? Kicking myself. Had to endure endless pain with the old company. They made Migration so simple and painless and had an issue with login to my content area and conflict which they solved quickly and over a Bank Holiday weekend. Thank you guys, I am so happy.

Brilliant as always

Guru are great, I have never had anything but the most professional and speedy support from them. This time I needed to migrate one account over to another and Ivan and Robbie took care of it all and kept me informed at every step of the way. 10/10 for support for any website issues

I've been using google hosting for myself and my website clients for 10 years and they have been absolutely amazing. The best thing is that whenever I've had any issue the team have been very happy to help, and the help that they provide has been literally within 20 minutes. No waiting for days like some other hosting companies that I used previously. This is absolutely the only hosting company I would recommend to friends and clients.

Crisis averted in 34 mins

As a non-technical person, anything to do with my email and website gives me major anxiety. So, when I became aware that I had no valid DMARC record it was panic stations! Everything I read felt like it was written in a foreign language. When I contacted support, Robbie was very understanding and had sorted everything in just 34 mins! Absolutely amazing service, thank you.

Guru migrated our WP site - hassle free

Guru migrated our WP site - hassle free. We were with Ionos but found they were very restrictive with no cPanel and SSL certs would not work properly as our nameservers were managed at Cloudflare. Ionos also only offer telephone support, not chat or support tickets. Guru were recommended to me on a forum and when I checked their reviews everything looked good.

I contacted Guru to ask them to check if they could move/migrate our site from Ionos for us and they asked a few questions and confirmed they could at no extra cost. I signed up to a cheaper package than we had with Ionos and within a few days we were setup and running on Guru with very little input from me.

Chris in their migrations team handled the site move expertly and although it took longer than he expected he got the job done. Our email accounts also got copied over with all existing emails synced across which is not something also hosts can do.

Absolutely delighted with the outcome and have confidence they will be on hand if we need any support in the future. Do not hesitate to use Guru Hosting if you want great UK hosting with great support and at a competitive price.

GURU Support always appear to go out of their way to help, even at weekends

I've been with GURU Hosting for a number of years now, seldom had any problems and whenever I have the GURU support team have always responded very quickly and always sorted any problems.

I recently needed help with splitting an account with add on domains, I thought it might be tricky explaining what I wanted doing, but they understood straight away and sorted everything for me within the hour.
