I've been with Guru for about 10 years, and in that time, I've had the most incredible service—without question. I would never leave them! They go above and beyond to help and always respond within a few minutes.

I recently built a new website (which took a year!), so it was a major upgrade for us. When the day came to move the site, I ran into a glitch, but the Guru team was right there and guided me through it. Without them, I would have been completely stuck. They truly went out of their way to help.

I have been with Guru for many years and, although they may not be the cheapest provider, I never think of going elsewhere because the service is very reliable and the support is exceptional. In particular, whenever I have taken over the hosting of a domain, Guru handled the migration seamlessly and kept me informed at every step. They have helped me out over the years with several migrations, either internal (from one Guru account to another) or external (from another provider to Guru) and the quality of support has been outstanding ever time. And I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I had to contact them for any other kind of tech support, because my websites are always online.

Our website came under attack from Chinese bots which caused it to go down. The Guru helpdesk explained what the issue was and how to go about fixing it whilst putting in place a temporary frontend captcha page to mitigate the effect of the attack. They proactively monitored the situation for the next 24 hours and gave regular updates until the attack was resolved. Really excellent service.

Guru always come back to you within minutes of submitting a support request and will always go above and beyond to find a solution. I will always recommend them for their 5 star service

We had to move about 120 sites from older/expensive servers in June 22. That took a month. We were anxious about the move but all went well, thanks to the support guys at Guru. Currently, they deal very efficiently with any queries we have, even if the issues come up at the weekend. Very happy with the service so far.

I signed up to GURU because their reseller product was the best I could find - and free SSL's! I've stayed with them ever since. A support response within minutes and even the most localised issue dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner - what's not to like?
