Sadly very disappointing need to return
Sadly very disappointing need to return. Mittens way too narrow (only one size available for all gloves/mittens so clearly only for small/medium hands. And the double (button joined) black scarf turned out not to be all natural fleece .... but was/is lined with a black 'sateen type' fabric ... which is so cold to the touch ... so not the snuggly warming scarf I had hoped for. All in all I have the impression of extremely high pricing without careful thought or design. More decorative than warming. I have requested a returns code but imagine I won't hear anything 'til Monday (items arrived late on Friday) .... and returns with insurance will be expensive on such expensive items. Had been so looking forward to their arrival. Was to have been a very special treat. Instead just an expensive postage waste of time. Sad.

I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your items and appreciate your feedback.
Our mittens are generally made in one size and although this size usually fits most we appreciate that the fit is snug, mainly to allow for give once worn.
We would be more than happy to make you a larger size to try and send/return free of charge. In future, we will look to update our product information to reflect that one size could be a snug fit and offer the option of a larger size.
Regarding the scarf, there were two factors considered when this was designed. We always consider the end price for our customers. If this was shearling both sides, the cost would double which makes the price point too high. The second, we designed this piece to sit flat on the shoulders to look less bulky, as this is predominantly to be worn draped over the shoulders and belted. When taken apart the single side can be worn doubled over to create wool on both sides.
We also appreciate the photos could be more indicative of the lining, however the lining is listed in 'more details'.
We really do appreciate your comments on our designs and functionality as we always strive to make sure our customers are happy and love our products!

I was thrilled with my purchase, a shearling jacket. The craftsmanship is stunning. The jacket itself was more than I ever expected, so easy to wear. Customer service is excellent, I was kept informed with regards to the progress of my order as it was taking slightly longer than usual due to Black Friday orders.
