The subscription service is top notch…

The subscription service is top notch with great options and customisation. I contacted the company direct to ask some questions and change payment dates and they were very quick to answer and sort out the dates. Coffee supplied has been great, diverse and interesting.

Unbelievably good customer service

Unbelievably good customer service!
It is rare to see such good service and communication - all with a distinct human touch. From the handwritten notes and careful curation to meet your preferred coffee tastes they do it all!

Perfect coffee, perfect service

Gustatory have been absolutely fantastic the last few months. It’s tricky finding a coffee subscription service tailored to my liking, but Gustatory provides such detailed options when you first subscribe.
Coffee beans always arrive fresh, and the team has a fantastic customer support team.

We are one month in and loving it

We are one month in and so far are loving the service. We had been stuck in a rut with subscriptions from stand alone brands but this gives us the opportunity to try coffees we’d never know about otherwise. Already excited for our next delivery

The coffee is good

The coffee is good. It just wasn’t the flavor I was expecting, I thought I had ordered a flavor with chocolate tones. I did have some difficulty navigating the site, so probably my error. Thanks for the note, nice touch.

Really bad service have not received…

Really bad service have not received the goods ordered. No one contacted me I have to keep contacting them. Then out of the blue they are refunding my money. No explanation

Hi Pam,

Thanks for your review, however on this occasion, we're particularly confused by your comments made. Given that we're a family-owned company, we now feel rather let down by the situation of this review, particularly in light of all our pro-active efforts we've made in trying to help.

In remedy of your order, we've emailed you 4 times in the past few days keeping you completely up to date with your order, without us hearing any reply. Today, we've pro-actively given you a full refund with a full explanation as to why provided by seperate email. Our customer services thought you'd rather a full refund than us keep any money and you need to wait several weeks for an item which may or may not come back in stock. As per our emails today, we've equally also offered you the same like-for-like product that we've pro-actively sourced from a different supplier, however, currently await to hear back if this is of interest.

Given this review, our team are now wondering if any of our customer emails have even been received by your email provider as we feel that the comments made do not match the description of all our pro-active efforts? Unfortunately we've not had anyone else report that they've not received emails from us, and so if you're able to read this review, please do get in touch with our customer services and either Chris or Michael will be very glad to help.

They have been unbelievably helpful…

They have been unbelievably helpful today sorting out an order that went wrong. Their online chat function was really easy to use and slick looking too. In just a minute or so the new order was replaced by Michael and on its way and it was not even their fault so massive kudos for that. Will definitely be back.
