Brilliant location and amenities to explore the Lake Garda area.

Very good customer service , very helpful esspecialy in time of c19 . Our holiday in Camping Tonnara in Sardynia was lovely. It’s second time We used gustocamp and second time they were very good to us.

very helpful, friendly reps, nothing too much trouble. very clean cabin/chalet. booking a.1. as well. would definatly book Gustocamp again. situation good and price good.

Accommodation was good for what we used it for.

Shower was temperamental, but we were advised about that on arrival.

Camp staff very pleasant and welcoming.

Camp site was as nice as we previously remembered, our accommodation was lovely and well equipped. Only negative was the terrible towels we received with the linen pack, they were tiny not much bigger than a t-towel and very thin.

Excellent service, hosts were wonderful, would highly recommend

It was great there, we were in Garden Paradiso for the second time this summer. Excellent staff.

I did not get to go on the holiday with Gusto camp through no fault of my own, and I was refused a cash refund of my deposit, very disappointing if I did want to book for next year the prices have doubled, so I am in a no win situation.

Unfortunately due to covid-19 we were unable to take our trip. Gustocamps customer service has been extremely poor throughout the situation. We had no messages to update or inform us of what was happening with our trip and only received information once we made enquires even when our trip had been cancelled. Whilst I do believe they have generous in the 3 year validity of the voucher scheme they have offered we are unable to accept them as the prices for next years May half term are almost double the price and they have been unwilling to compromise in the price and have refused to refund us even though it is our legal right. We have not been happy with the service and both my family and my friend who we booked with would not book with them again.

Not a great experience to be honest , the mobile home was not ready when we arrived - no linen no towels and no sign of the rep.

Loved every minute of our holiday with Gustocamp at Bella Italia, Lake Garda. Reps excellent and so friendly, cant wait to go back!
My only comment is the €100 taken on arrival as a security deposit and not returned until walking off the site. Other companies have an additional payment on booking that covers as an insurance against breakage. €100 is too much and no use when your holiday over!

Our experience with gustocamp was amazing. It was our first time using them and certainly will not be our last. Booking with Ante was easy and efficient.
We stayed in Bella Italia in the lounge deluxe XL.. the mobile itself was fantastic. Very modern and definitely the best on site. Our reps Richard and his wife were outstanding. They were so friendly and went beyond their call of duty. Checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations for dining and trips. They are a credit to guatocamp. We will be back again next year..

Really enjoyed our stay in Marina Di Venzia. The two couriers (Bert and Jany) were very helpful. Would definitely stay with Gustocamp again.

We stayed in Bella Italia campsite. I can't praise our reps Richard and Rualie enough. Our 9 year old son became ill requiring hospitalization. We did not have a car, Richard drove us to the hospital in his own car he stayed with us all through check-in in A and E ensuring we were ok, he did not rush away, he was calm and so helpful offering to collect us if needed. Richard and Rualie went above and beyond the roll of holiday reps. I hope Gusto camp know how lucky they are to have Richard and Rualie working for them, 2 genuinely kind hardworking and helpful people. We are so grateful for the help and kindness they showed us. We (four adults and one child) stayed in a sunset superior mobile home. It was pretty disappointing overall. We turned up and were surprised to find there was no linen for the beds and so were hit with a 75 euro bill to rent it. Even then not all of us got proper bed sheets. The single beds were also tiny and so our boy kept falling out of it and we all kept smacking into the walls of the mobile home. To round it off the air con only functioned in the kitchen/dining area and not in the bedrooms. This meant we all needed to sleep with our bedroom rooms open to not boil which obviously reduced the privacy. So overall - not great.

Accommodation is good, new and spacious. What let’s gustocamp down is the added value such as information on the local area etc. There was no upfront information on the parc itself. Eurocamp are very good at this. Overall less than average for the price.

We stayed with Gusto Camp in Bella Italia and had a fantastic holiday. The welcome we got from Richard and Rualie was brilliant...after travelling for the whole day with 2 children they helped us get into the hoilday mode straight away. Throughout our stay Richard and Rualie were very friendly, stopping by on a daily basis to see if everything was going ok. We stayed in the Gusto Baby, which was modern, very clean and had fantastic facilities for the kids! Our 3 yr old daughter loved the slide on the deck!

I'd highly recommend booking with Gusto Camp. The experience with Gusto was polar opposite to our experience the year before with Eurocamp.
