Would recommend gustocamp we stayed a week in a deluxe xl in union lido lovely caravan, clean, great site and reps were professional and helpful. Would book with them again.

Lovely site but the gustocamp pitches outshone the other companies. Modern and clean, would definitely consider using again.

We were very impressed with the service by the Gustocamp reps on site and the quality and location of the mobile home in Union Lido.
However, we were disappointed that the €50 cleaning cost was kept at the end of the holiday. This is normally returned when the mobile home is returned clean. Our Mobile Home was returned spotless and this was agreed by the reps, but they said the €50 does not get returned. If this is the case, why isn't this €50 in the initial quote for the mobile home?

We loved our first visit so much that we returned a couple of weeks later! It was lovely to see Daphne and Anna again, who were amazing, helpful and so welcoming! I’m sure we’ll be back next year.

Daphne and Anna were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. The mobile home we stayed in was lovely and we really enjoyed the seats outside especially on the warm sunny evenings.

very nice home , with fantastic deck space and comfortable furniture. Koos and Giny were also very helpful , available and professional , making our stay all round perfect.

Very happy with our experience with Gusto. Booking online was simply and both staff online and on site were very helpful. The accommodation was great, very spacious and modern. Would definitely book through Gusto again. My only small gripe was paying a €60 cleaning fee when we arrived, it should be included in initial booking. Thanks Gusto for a great holiday!

hi the tents are great and camp at Cisano San Vito is good but the reps are very bad , grumpy and very rude.i am disappointed at that .so i will not be back

This campsite must be one of the best anywhere in the world. I stayed here for 7 consecutive years when my children were small - that surely says it all. Now, some years later, my son and his partner have re-visited the site a few times and this time I joined them. The site has been expanded and improved upon in a really tasteful and wonderful way. Obviously Italy offers lots of reasons to explore beyond the boundaries of the campsite, but, there really is no need to leave - it offers everything from pools, restaurants, onsite supermarket, ice cream parlour and a food fayre to play areas for the children, entertainment and wooded walks - not to mention the amazing Tuscan hills that surround the site. The reps this year were a lovely, helpful and welcoming mother and daughter team who struck just the right chord - helpful and knowledgeable but not intrusive. The mobile home was a lovely design offering an open plan layout and its location couldn't have been better with a great view due to the tiering arrangement of the homes.

Reps were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Accommodation was very clean and spacious. Towels provided by gusto were a bit small. More hand towels than bath towels.

We had a couple of minor problems at the outset but Richard and his wife were always there to solve the issue. They were absolutely fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself is perfect for our needs, so much so we are thinking of coming back for a third year in a row next year. Thanks to all.
