Professional from the beginning. Presentation of product detailed. Knowledgeable and patience. The entire process was a great experience. 1st time purchasing gutters.

Deck gutter too short, still waiting for crew to come and replace it with the proper size (as promised by Install Manager).
Paid for 6 downspouts, only received 5 - advised to "keep an eye on the heavy rains to see if it is needed" but no one has checked with me and you still have my money for 6!
There are leak issues to resolve now that we have had several heavy rains. You might want to call and check on the satisfaction of your install instead of just this opinion survey with the customer!

The work was done good. But they started working late. They were not on time. That's my only problem.

After new gutters were installed there is water seeping behind the new gutters on the eaves. I've called about 6-8 times and promises are made call back and/or to come out and fix but after three months no one has come back and I'm never called. The last time I called I was told that "we should have someone out there Friday or Saturday". Perfect weather no rain no wind and no Gutter Logic. No one ever called to say not coming or we'll come out another time. Leaving me to keep calling and keeping going round and around.
