Gave them my number at a fair. Was very interested. They called. Told them I could not set appointment until next week. In two days they have called three more times. Very pushy!! Definitely don’t want to deal with this company. John at call center was more than rude. Would not let me speak to a manager.
Very poor business practices.

Great service all around! The installers were highly skilled. It only took a few days for installation from meeting with the original sales rep. We are telling all of our neighbors about Gutter Logic!

Salesperson was very friendly and helpful when selling not so much with problems on the installation. Install crew was to arrive from 9-12, got there at 4;30. Acted like they were doing us a favor to replace some rotted wood. I mentioned it to the salesperson when we did the contract. I ended up going to Home Depot and purchasing the wood and the screws to attach it

Savanna came out to initially quote our project, she was professional and amazing. The entire process was great, installers were timely and professional as well, highly recommend.

We are so thankful for Gutter Logic. Our consultant, Nicole, was timely, informative, and so personable. She answered all of our questions and worked hard to give us the best price possible. We are so grateful to her! The installers were efficient and did an excellent job. We will be recommending Gutter Logic in the future to friends and family.

The gutters look amazing on my house. From the quote to the install, the team was very professional, flexible to my needs, and the install was fast. The company is Military friendly and I felt I got the best deal for a quality product. Would recommend to anyone needing gutters!

Gutters still leak, not draining into down spout and down spout not secured.
Contacted sales > Was contacted by Dave install manager he stated all would be corrected last week. Never showed no call > contacted sales again. Stated he will contact install person again. Job not complete very disappointed I spent $1000 to have my gutters respond the same as they had in the past. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau by the end of the week.

Sales was very professional, follow-up for install equally good.
Installation was first class, but the agreed upon fascia board and eve repairs was not completed to my satisfaction. When I call back and have this completed, I hope that the experience is good enough to give 5 stars.

They are very professional and reasonably priced. They came within a week of the estimate to do the job. They were prompt and did the work quickly. They did an excellent job! Very happy!

The company was quick responding to my request. The sales rep that assisted me was polite and very knowledgeable of both their products and my needs. Due to the fact that it was raining when we met, he saw first hand my problem. The very next day, very sturdy and nice looking gutters where installed. The installers were also very polite. They seemed to enjoy what they do. This was installed on Friday. Over the weekend, it rained hard. I found rain coming between a gutter and the structure and rain running around and over the corner splash guards. Upon closer inspection, I also found one of the downspouts appeared to have been squeezed in the center, causing an indention, in order to be connected to the gutter. On another downspout, there was a rusty screw in place. Monday morning I called the company with my concerns. I was told that they would try to get someone back out that afternoon. They were a no show. I didn't hear back from them until Thursday. But this was only after Home advisor had reached out to me for a follow up. On Tuesday afternoon, the same two installers came back and made the corrections. And again, they were very polite. Now I'm waiting for rain again. We will see.

Great experience

On June 10, 2021, I had gutters installed by Gutters Logic. They did not complete the job by not using the Tripolymer Geo-Cell sealant. So of course the gutters leak like a sieve. I'm not talking about little drips. There is so much water leaking out of 45 degree joints that very little water even goes down the downspouts. One of the 45 degree corners, you can actually see daylight through it. Called the Install Manager every day to see when they were going to fix it and got the brush off each time "due to the weather". It has been cloudy for the last few days here with very little rain. And some days no rain at all. Yesterday, I left a message on his phone asking him to leave the sealant with us and my husband will do it. Phone call was not returned. My husband noticed that there are screws that were not tightened that hold the gutter up. So eventually, they will sag. I would like my install to be completed so that I'm not waiting everyday for somebody to show up.

Very poor communication which made the install day very stressful. The installer was good though. Overpriced

The installers arrived on time and quickly got to work. Just 2 guys had the gutters installed by mid afternoon. They cleaned up, we're friendly and answered any questions I had. The gutters look great and I'm happy I spent the money. This company quoted thousands of dollars lower than the first quote I received and the quote process didn't take over an hour as it did with the first company. Glad I went with these guys.

Sales person turned up on time and gave a fair estimate in my opinion. I.e , I did not get a competitive bid. Installed the gutters 2 days after I signed the contract. Gave a lifetime contract. Only time will time about performance on lifetime contract. In summary, performed well and quickly. I was satisfied.

had gutter installed July15 last yr. installers said I should put down spouts on my garage facing to the rear of the garage so the rain would not flood my yard I said o.k. but every time it rains it floods behind the garage. had JD the install supervisor look at them and he said they would come out and fix them.After2months I am still waiting I would not trust their warranty because its worthless

They left a mess from gutter debris ,found screws and nails in drive way and lawn.didn't get any paperwork or promised e-mail. Still waiting for paperwork in the mail. Workers very polite and pleasant
