Key Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC is not OEM
I bought a Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 2024 CD Key Global, this key works fine, but I see that the key is VOLUME MAK and not OEM (ejecuting slmgr /dli). I came for a video by sfdx show where he mentioned that the key is OEM.
The live chat mentioned ¨We did not mention that this was an OEM key¨ but neither you say that the key was VOLUME MAK, on purchase page not shows this detail. I need a key OEM please.

The customer service was fantastic. There was an issue with my order and they resolved it within 5 minutes. I was expecting to have to wait at least a day or two to hear back from them and/or have to go through a long back and forth explaining the issues and validating the order, etc. Great service!

Texto: "Stay away! I bought an Office 2019 key that worked initially, but as soon as I had to reinstall it on the same PC, the key showed as 'Blocked' by Microsoft. When I contacted support, they told me they only offer a 6-month warranty. A lifetime license should not expire. This means they are selling overused or illegal volume keys that Microsoft eventually bans. Total waste of money. They will try to sell you another key with a 'discount' instead of fixing their defective product. Fraudulent business!"

The Office 2019 key you purchased is a non-account-bound activation key, as clearly stated on the product page. This type of license is designed for one-time activation on a single system installation.
If the operating system or Office is reinstalled, the same key cannot be reused, which may cause Microsoft to display a “blocked” or “already used” message.
This behavior does not mean the key expired or was revoked after 6 months, nor does it indicate illegal or banned software. It is a licensing limitation of non-bound activation keys, not a defect of the product.

Our warranty covers activation issues at first use, and when contacted within the warranty period, our support team always offers appropriate solutions, including assistance or replacement options where applicable.
