Bought the back pillow. Use it as a prop in bed when watching tv. So relaxing, I fall asleep!

I have tried so many pillows in recent years and last year developed a pain in my neck which was worst in the morning. With the gx medium soft pillow I seem to get exactly the support I need and wake up comfortable! It's amazing

I had a stiff neck on the right side for several months. I had physiotherapy treatment for it, but it didn't improve.
After 2 nights using the pillow my neck was back to normal.
These pillows are amazing and it is like lying on a cloud.

Excellent pillows. It did take a few purchases of other pillows before we finally found these very comfortable pillows. Supportive and a great nights sleep. Could not fault the service. All round great company .

For most of my life I’ve been a very poor sleeper. Whilst this pillow hasn’t “cured” me, it has improved my sleep 100%. I am on holiday at the time of writing and didn’t bring it with me - my sleeping has been abysmal - so next holiday it comes with me! I will be buying another too!

Comfortable pillow

It's brilliant, I've bought so many pillows and they have been awful. This Gx pillow does exactly what it says and it's made in UK which is even better. Very cumfy I'm thinking about getting another one.

For the first time a really comfortable pillow, after quite a lot of mistakes. It may be fairly expensive, but it's worth it.

Excellent pillows, have purchased the medium soft over many years and would not sleep on any other pillow. Always sleep well. The company are helpful and dedicated with good customer relations.

I can’t quite believe that headaches I’d been experiencing for some time on waking have now resolved since I bought a GX pillow!! Proof of the eating is in the pudding so thanks!

I have used the suspension pillows for some years now so knowing this I placed a big order this time. I think it is vital to have new pillows regularly and these just work well for me giving me a comfortable nights sleep.
The order was placed and acknowledged and proceeded swiftly to dispatch the pillows given a thick polythene wrap per pair and sent to the logistics company. This was not the best as two of my parcels were torn one right through to the pillow inside. I would seriously consider changing to a different logistics company that takes more care as the packaging was more than adequate.

I’m really delighted with it especially as I’ve been ill lately and it’s so comforting.

I bought two of these recently for myself and my husbnd. After a few days both of our necks were hurting. My plllow caused pain from my neck which radiated to the top of head and I could not sleep. I would not recommend these unless you have had a word with your doctor first.

I ordered a twin pack of suspension pillows but only one was delivered (this was due to a courier issue). I contacted Gx Pillows and a replacement pillow arrived the next day. In the meantime I've had a very good night's sleep on the pillow I already had. It's early days but so far I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Received my pillows the day after dispatch, I had a few just to experiment and they are by far the best pillows I’ve ever laid on, I’ve fallen in love with the medium firm, doesn’t go flat like all the other pillows and is very very comfortable, I used to use 3 pillows but with this I’m only having to use the one and everyone loves it (I’ve shown it off to a few of my mates who also can’t get over it) 10/10 would buy again they’re amazing

Had considered these pillows before, but bought a pair £54, October 24, that went flat by December. Not what they hype claims and very disappointed, would not recommend!

I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis which causes me a lot of neck pain & I was having trouble finding a pillow that was comfortable. I came across these pillows on the web &, having read about the way they were developed, I decided to try them. I ordered the twin pack of one medium & one soft as I was not sure which would be right for me. The medium firm was too hard but the medium soft is absolute bliss! It is far & away the best pillow I have ever slept on. The service from the company has also been first class & they are quite happy to take back the firm pillow & refund the cost.

I wasn't convinced to start with as it wasn't my usual style of pillow but boy was I wrong!

These pillows are so comfortable and great for when I've had a long day would wholly recommend

I recently purchased a pack of 2 medium soft GX suspension pillows. I had just watched the TV programme promoting these pillows. They sounded like the next best thing since sliced bread. However I think this programme presentation was all hype, with a good actor ‘selling’ them. I found the pillow to be very uncomfortable and not as described. It has far too much filling in it which causes the head to be raised . The head has to be kept in the centre of the pillow due to the straps. My neck pain worsened after the first and last time of using the pillow. I returned them the following day. Almost 2 weeks later I am still awaiting my refund.

I’ve found the Medium pillow the perfect compromise between firm and soft for me. Very comfortable, and I’ve tried several different pillows as a result of having a bad upper back/neck following a work injury.
