Bought these pillows best nigh sleep I ever had definitely worth buying

Hi bought these pillows 1st generation are excellent,so after a couple of years have decided to renew them hopefully they are just as good,will give my review after receiving my new ones.

I bought two 2nd generation medium-firm GX suspension pillows on the 14/11/2023 , after having seen these advertised & demonstrated on the Ideal World shopping channel. Close to 40 years ago I suffered damage to my neck, after a motorcycle accident that was gradually accentuated over the years due to having to monitor a series of terminals that has further worn away at the neck vertebrae & Cartledge, culminating in excoriating neck pain & headaches, often lasting days & having to rest in bed. Yes , these do work in alleviating neck pain & headaches, but my only criticism is that, though turning the pillow every day, the one pillow I use is considerably flatter after less than 4 & a half months of use, than the one unused pillow I have yet to use.

These pillows are AMAZING for the first 8 weeks (ish), then they unfortunatley go like any other pillow and leave a huge welt in where your head lies and no amount of plumping sorts it out. Having said that, i love them so much for the first 2 months that i have taken to buying them every few months. At first they are first and soooo plump but do soften and flatten after a few weeks.

The one star review is for the pillows not the customer service.
Frankly I'm baffled by the fulsome reviews of Gx
pillows, to me they are no better though much more expensive than any other pillows that we've had.
Good customer service in that the Medium Firm gave me a headache and for the price of postage I was sent a Medium Soft but really whilst it's alright, it's nothing special.
My husband who was initially ok with his pillow has
now gone back to his previous one.

The best pillows I have ever used. Have always needed at least two pillows, sometimes up to four. I always bought cheaper ones, thinking well I can replace them more often. But my neck started hurting.
I saw these on Ideal World a few years ago, enjoyed the story, ordered. Wow! From night one I used just one and slept like a top. And as I'm single, and have a double bid, I swap the pillow each night for the other one (they come in packs of two). Plus I always buy when 2 for £30 offer is on so have a brand new pair, still packaged and ready to go if needed. I would even pay the £60 cost if they didn't run the offer any more.
I use a pillow protector under the pillow case as these aren't machine washable (how about considering this GX?), but I probably replace the pillows every year. So at about 75p a week for an amazing sleep, why wouldn't you even give them a go.
I would never ever ever buy any other pillows. Ever! When I replace mine every year, I do then machine wash the old ones, cover them, and the cats get another year out of them to sleep on, so nothing is wasted. The cats sleep a full night on them too!

After my review previously left I received a call from GX and my dissatisfaction has now been resolved.

I developed the habit of sleeping on a pile of pillows as a child....having frequent cold. 60 years later, my neck finally started to object to this practice and I tried single pillows....not quite enough, or too brick like, resulting in sore ears! A Gx medium firm was a huge improvement. I have had it 18/12 and, despite fluffing and turning, it is definitely flatter. Time to save up for a replacement. No substitutes for me ;)

Great customer service! The pillows did not meet my needs, but might be perfect for others. This company is thrust-worthy and fulfill their 30 day money back guarantee , so I would not hesitate to try their pillows, especially the firmer version if you are a side sleeper.

Bought the medium soft GX pillows and have used them for a week but unfortunately it didn’t meet my needs. I called the company this morning but got voicemail, a very lovely lady called Susan just rang me back. She was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue immediately. Excellent pillow, well made and long lasting

Had mine for around 12 months and still in good shape and really comfy. Definitely helps me get a good night's sleep.

After purchasing these pillows at a very resonable price. My wife and I, who sufer from athrities, both agree that we have slept much better than for many a year. With less pain when waking in the morning and much refreshed.

The support and comfort provided by this pillow is exceptional. It supports my head and neck perfectly. I wake up feeling refreshed and without any stiffness. Its easy to see that the pillow is made of very high quality material. The design ensures the pillow does not loose shape over time. Since using a Gx pillow I have noticed a increase in my quality of sleep, and I can confidently say it's the best pillow I have ever owned.

I am 75 years of age and can honestly say GX pillows are the best I've ever slept on. With most pillows your head will sink in and almost muffle your breathing but these hold your head so nicely. I've been back for more to use in my motorhome well worth the price.

Brought these GX pillows 6 months ago severe neck and shoulder issues that have now improved and allowed me to get better sleep,love them and purchase them again.

I have had mine at least 4 years now, they are still like new. I turn and fluff them up every night. I am going to order the GX3 pillows and see how they feel. I have a silly question do they work better with a pillow case on or off? Also should I be using 1or both?

WOW. First nights sleep on my new GX pillow was amazing.
I used the medium comfort pillow and it was the best nights sleep iv had in a long time.
Would defiantly recommend.

I have tried all sorts of different pillows as I have suffered from rheumatoid, arthritis and Osteo arthritis in my spine for several years now and I can tell from first use of 1 or 2 pillows if they will help, last night was my first time using your medium-firm pillow and wow I can’t believe how perfect this pillow was for me, I had the best nights sleep I have had in years and believe me I don’t comment on anything after only using once, honestly it is amazing and I hope it will carry on being so good, believe me I will review again after I have used for a while, I can’t thank GX pillows enough and I pray it carries on regards Dave

Gx pillows are the best pillows I have ever used. The bounce on them is incredible and can honestly say I've never slept so well. Will be purchasing more soon,
