I bought two medium firm pillows hoping they would be as good as the advert but find whilst the ends stay plump the centre just collapsed leaving my head somewhat like a hotdog in a bun very uncomfortable

If I could give GX pillows a minus 10 rating I would.
Biggest load of rubbish Ive ever bought.
I suffer with arthritis in my neck back and knees and am in constant search for a pillow that lives up to manufacturer’s claims.
These pillows don’t even get close and I’m pretty annoyed at Rula Lenska and the Mail newspaper which carried the ad for this hokum that I fell for.
These companies prey on people like me with physical issues and all declare they have found the holy grail - they haven’t.
I’m now going to design my own pillow and make it myself - it can’t be any worse than this dross.

I have spinal stenosis in my neck. I had a disc operation to rectify the problem. I have spent alot of money and time over the last 8 years, looking for the perfect pillow.
This is a big game changer. 😊
I now wake up with no neck or shoulder pain.
Medium - to - firm is the perfect size for my shoulder depth. As i am a side sleeper. Pillow bounces back, with perfect support for me. I 100% recommend these pillows.

My sleep has most certainly improved. These pillows are the most comfiest and have kept their shape for sure. I have these pillows in each room of our home. Highly recommend.

Bought two of these after listening to the rubbish sales talk on Tv , they were ok for a couple of weeks and now just like any other pillow i have bought for my special needs,they are like pancakes ,flat ,flat,flat....since posting this the customer services have been in touch and have been excellent

I brought 2 pillows originally 2 years ago. I like a firm and sturdy pillow and these lived up to the expectations, they kept their shape and are so comfy. I then purchased a further 2 more because I liked them so much and there are no other pillows on the market like them. Would recommend, they don’t loose shape and are still in great condition 2 years on

I’ve spent a fortune over the years trying to find a pillow that really is comfortable, I’ve tried them all.

I thought I’d give this one a go even through they are expensive. Can’t rate this enough, nearly two months on and it’s still comfortable and retained its shape. I went on holiday and really wished I’d taken it with me, nothing compares.

Definitely recommend, especially if you have neck issues. Worth every penny.

I’ve been using Gx pillows for some time now and I no longer suffer from a stiff neck when I wake up! I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone who needs a better sleep

I must say I bought 2 of these pillows to try after seeing them on Ideal World & so glad I did. Best sleep I have had in years as they are soft & light as a feather so it was like sleeping on a cloud. Will be getting more as gifts for the family.

Bought the soft pillows after seeing them on TV. First couple of nights weren't good but thought I would stick with it. Been using them for a couple of weeks with no improvement in my quality of sleep. In fact it's been worse so I've gone back to my existing pillows.

Best Pillow ever! If you are struggling to sleep or have a bad neck then the Gx Pillows are well worth a try. Best pillow i've bought and really does work!

Its just like any other pillow. You wake in the night and its flat and hard , so it needs plumping up again. Nothing special at all

Despite all the hype, they go flat and lumpy in a matter of months, despite following manufacturers plumping instructions.

Absolutely fantastic nights sleep. Loved the coolness as didn't wake up too hot. Definitely recommend, haven't been sleeping well since having covid so I was very happy with this product

I ordered medium soft, the first night I slept on it I woke up with worse pain in my neck. I thought maybe it's because it's new and I needed to get use to it. (Despite their advert claims)
Anyway after a few weeks I gave up and went back to my old pillows. The stupid thing as gone flat as a pancake with lumps and the suspension is useless!

Not happy all, my pillow has flattened and soften, considering it was suppose to medium to firm,
Company not helpful at all, sticking to their 30day exchange rule, had pillows for about 6 weeks.
