Sprung Gym Flooring Reviews 

Very poor company to deal with and product is not as described. The rubber flooring arrived and it was solid mats of rubber. The idea that it is 'sprung' in any way is a bit of a misnomer.
They make a big thing about 100% refund if not fully satisfied. It took 3 weeks and several emails and calls to get a refund agreed, which turned out to be only 50% of what I originally paid. Very unsatisfied customer!

Good quality product that arrived well packaged, in A1 condition. My garage now has a similar floor to the Muay Thai gym I attend, instead of a cold, concrete surface. I can finally practice barefoot at home as well

As noted in other reviews the tiles were irregular size. I reached out to the company via email with photos of this and was told this was normal and if I fit them correctly using the compression method it would rectify this.

I understand there’s going to be a tolerance but for half of my tiles to run off or have a random curve in halfway along 1 side is not what I expected to receive when paying £400. I got a professional fitter in to install these tiles and he also commented on the quality control of the tiles.

To conclude, I contacted the company to give chance to rectify the issue before writing a review but they were not interested and instead just suggested I watch the videos on how to install to help rectify the irregular sizes I was provided with.

Bought gym flooring for home gym. This is a high quality product with a great finish.

Only problem was delivery. Communicated with courier to leave pallet outside as I can’t be in the house or answer the phone during the day for work. Courier failed to follow these instructions and took it back to the depot. When I contacted gym flooring they chased the couriers for me and responded quickly.

The website offered gym mats for £19.99, but I was told on web chat that they were £34.99. No apology or 'thanks for spotting the error' was offered. I was made to feel that I should have apologised for spotting their mistake. Plan B - shop around before buying.

I bought ~20m^2 of flooring from gym flooring about a year ago. I've been holding off reviewing just to make sure things had some time to be used and abused in a busy home gym.

Things have been excellent. The flooring feels good under deadlifts/various other heavy lift exercises and are easy enough to clean with a mop. I was worried about dust etc from the garage where they are situated but it comes over quite easily.

The company was easy to order through, delivery was well communicated and easy and the tiles were well protected.

No Value Brand Values.. - Shocking Logisitics
All in good faith, ordered placed with first communication with from logistics company ( sltransportuk.com & uplogistics.co.uk) - "delivery will be tomorrow"
From here this is where it all went wrong - The following day, email received to note it issue with Driver and lorry.
Followed up for ETA to be told " the pallet is locked inside our warehouse that we do not currently have access to and unsure of when they will regain access.
Followed up with Info Email direct to Gym-flooring - where the MD "Richard McKay" follows up Indirectly, including myself within the email loop.
Further follows up and additional recipients added - No direct response from UP Logisitics on final delivery date.
I then received an email from "Katie" who is the marketing manager offering GBP 15 M&S voucher if I give feedback and a video of the items ordered - I emailed back included Robert McGhie from Marcias - as this is the holding company for Gym-Flooring, with again No response.

In Summary - Gym- Flooring or Marcias - whichever company you are - Your Brand Values are non existence, communication really poor, your promise not upheld, company vision as per your web site to deliver "Number 1 for Quality Gym Flooring" is crushed through your services and logistics, bring your reputation down to ZERO.

Received my safety mats today , so happy they are exactly as described on the website, a lovely green colour too & really strong heavy duty mats , can’t wait to set them up for my grand children to play on . Delivery driver was great too , put them directly into my garage for me .

For me the flooring seems fine now it’s finally been delivered after weeks and weeks of delays and also the delivery had a lot to be desired I’m disabled and asked for a morning slot or some notice to get help to Mayb help the driver put it around the back for me but he wasn’t friendly and just left it outside where it could be stolen so yeah not a very good experience from start to finish

Driver very helpful. Matting solid, doesn’t move. Rowing machine in place along with treadmill and weights. It’s Sunday I’ll start my workouts tomorrow.
