Excellent flooring - recommend
Excellent flooring, sent quickly and looks super in my garage gym. Easy to lay 20mm thick floor. Highly recommend. My only grumble is the amount of emails they spam to you before and after ordering once you register.

Ordered on 26th
Ordered on 26th, arrived on 31st. Was a little worried by some other TP reviews but all arrived well and the product seems as described.
Would have liked more information regarding the delivery as it arrived unannounced, with no ETA and due to its size was on a pallet that was left on the side of the road. Luckily someone was in on the day.

Where are our items??
We places an order 20 days ago and still haven't received it. We called the number several times in the past 3 days and no one picks up the phone or gives us a call back. We emailed the email provided on their website and it bounced back. Starting to wonder whether the other 5 star reviews are even legit, or part of a scam. If it's not a scam, would really appreciate if someone could get back to us in regards of the items we have PAID and are waiting for.

Don't buy anything from this site
Don't buy anything from this site. Apparently looks like a scam. After placing the order, the shipment is not going through. Contacted to choose the most convenient date, I have been waiting two days at home, saying the 1st day, after contacting the them that the driver was on is way to the be in my property between 2and 4 in the afternoon. Noonday came and called me for updates. Contacted the office again saying the driver will be within one hour, Noonday came and called me. Waiting all evening. Called both seller and haulage the day after, the same. Saturday and Sunday closing days. Still waiting for my goods. Absolutely disgusting on everything 😤

Wanted to set up a home gym as a Christmas present for the family. Ordered the flooring first on 11/11/24. As I wanted the flooring down before getting the heavy equipment I waited for a delivery date but this didn't come. Eventually told to expect delivery the week commencing 2/12/24. The delivery date kept being delayed.Eventually got my flooring on 9/01/25, two months after placing the order. No Gym for Christmas. A horrible shopping experience.

Would highly recommend Sprung floor
Would highly recommend Sprung floor. First time using them and I’m delighted with the result. I made a mistake on the ordering which they helpfully sorted out straight away no quibble. Very prompt delivery. Laid a double garage floor over two nights and the love the result. Tiles are heavy duty, great quality and feels like it will last forever.
Worth every penny.
