If your dumbbell has missing plates then they are sending you 'plates only' in order for you to fit them in the missing slots of your dumbbell. Hopefully you havent thrown away the whole dumbbell they sent you at first..

Update to a previous dubious review.
The 40kg dumbells have arrived and they are top notch. Very Very good solid product, easy to assemble and high quality.
If your waiting for a late arrival, trust me , they will get to you and you'll be happy with the product. COVID has obviously delayed delivery and because its a new company, people are a bit suspicious with the delays. However, be assured, its legit.
I'm a happy customer.

Be reassured this isn’t a scam, but appears to me more like a new company suffering teething problems.
I ordered a pair of 40kg dumbells on 5/1/21 with the original delivery estimate of 35-50 days. This became 45-60 days and I finally received them after 69 days which is frustrating but in fairness I can understand this could happen under the current circumstances and I was offered compensation for the delay. The weights come well packaged and are very good quality almost making the wait worth it. Customer service was hit and miss as I found a couple of emails were not replied to but with some persistence I did get a response explaining the issues encountered.
Overall, if you are willing to accept the above issues and want good value home gym equipment you will not be disappointed with these dumbbells. It’s just a shame the other problems have occurred as with better communication and more accurate delivery times this review would have gained more stars.

Finally received yesterday after ordering early January.

Product - 4/5. Overall as described and relatively simple to use, no branding so just assuming these are being resold from a generic seller. The only thing i don't like is that when picking and placing, some of the plates seem a bit flimsy and can be fiddly putting the weights back together, especially after a hard set. This could be the same for all adjustable sets.

Service - 2/5. This is mainly down to the delay and lack of comms. Got a few responses to my emails which is why i gave 2 but could've been better. All Gymzo need to do is be a bit more transparent about delays without customers having to reach out, and a lot of the low star reviews could easily be turned around.

To anyone having doubts, rest assured the products are real, overall just over 2 weeks longer than expected.

The delivery Of my 40kg adjustable dumbbells took longer than stated, but I presume that’s down to this pandemic and lockdowns etc. When I emailed about concerns I always received reply’s which was reassuring. Im very happy with the dumbbells and would recommend to anyone that they are worth the wait.

Like many others on here I was getting slightly concerned to the point of nearly contacting my bank to recover the funds, but was very relieved to take delivery of my 40kg dumbbells yesterday, 76 days after I ordered. The delivery was originally given as between 35/45 days so not ideal. That aside Gymzo replied to all my emails providing the same updates as others have clearly had about the pandemic etc. I do understand that some things are beyond anyone’s control but I also believe that improvements can be made with the way that DPD handle these shipments. I got notification weeks ago that they had received by order but had no delivery detail and that still hasn’t changed. There was no ability to track it so they shouldn’t give false hope. That aside I can also confirm this is not a scam and the equipment is real, in fact having used them today they appear to be very good quality and worth the wait (almost). I would have given 5 stars tbh but for the 76 day wait. I would definitely recommend the dumbbells though!

I ordered the 40kg pair on 4th January and they arrived yesterday - 72 days later.
The weights - they arrived in 3 packages, pretty well packaged, to be honest. They fit together easily, nice clunk on each rotation so you know it's in place. I used them this morning and they appear to be of really good quality.
Customer service - terrible (hence the loss of a star). I emailed numerous times and after a long time they were eventually answered but provided the same excuse each time of issues with the email service provider. It's easy for people on here to say it's a local business/one man band but if you're in business you have to get the basics right or your reputation is gone, which appears to be happening here.
I will update in a week to see how the dumbells are after some use.

I ordered the 24kg dumbbells on january 6th (delivery time quoted was 45 - 60 days) I waited after 66 days reading some of the reviews over this did not fill me with confidence, i contacted gymzo did not get a reply i thought i was scammed defo then, but today dpd delivered the even though the trackng number had never worked? They came fully made up 2 boxes 1 dumbbell in each they are very well made very similar to the expensive bowflex ones well worth the wait in the end

Received weights today after 64 days. Like many on here, I had lost hope and thought it was a scam. But it isn’t. The weights are real. I kept checking the DPD tracking info, and then today, it said delivery between 10:30 - 11:30am!!! They arrived and to be fair are very good quality. So my advice, despite like many other reviews thinking it was fake, is be patient. It will be delivered 👍🏻

Terrible service. Bought a pair of 40kg and still waiting 3 months later. No answer to my queries and the site has vanished into thin air with constant fake dates for coming back online. Cut my losses and bought from regimengym.co.uk instead. Arrived in 3 days. These guys are jokers

17-03-2021. So after 68 days and the day I was about to contact my bank, my weights have arrived.
I thought this was a scam, delay after delay after delay and felt how could I be so stupid but .... they have arrived and look and feel amazing.
I have added the pic as my profile so can see it is a legit review. Trust me, I was 100% thinking scam and I know reading my review won’t help (been there done that) but I have received them and they are worth the wait

Complete criminals! Even though it has been 72 days since I placed my order they refuse to refund my payment and claim that they will only refund it once the goods are received by me. NEVER EVER TRUST THESE CROOKS!!!@

It’s a fly-by-night company. Initially, I ordered on 7th Nov 2020 and never received the goods. I subsequently demanded a return of payment (they did do this in Jan 2021 but only after I’d threatened to go via my credit card provider), and then two weeks later, two damaged boxes were abandoned outside my house. This was not a complete order, however, but rather ‘parts’ that make up the whole (ie 2 boxes of the 3 required to complete the dumbbells). Utterly rubbish communications then followed (as I asked them to either complete the order - when I would pay for them again - or collect the part items as I would not continue to store part stock items for them). They never collected the parts and even ended up threatening to pass my details to ‘debt recovery’ if I didn’t pay for the completed products that I had never received. Very sharp selling practices (plus lots of suspicious/sycophantic 5 star reviews below...), I have reported the company. Be warned

Update: ITEM RECEIVED. Well would you believe it?! Having lost all hope, without any further notice of impending arrival, they just turned up at my door (68 days after ordering). Both boxes, all present and correct and in working order. I got a response to my latest email yesterday, apologising and offering me £25 by way of compensation, which I have also today received. It appears, as others have said, that the lad has just bitten off a little more than he can chew with this one. I'm not sure anyone reading these reviews now, would consider using the company, but I can say at least they are genuine. Used the dumbells yesterday and they work well and are great value compared to other sites and products I'd seen. I saw others asking for pics to prove they exist, so I'll take a pic and upload if I can work out how.

Ordered on Jan 5th. Nothing received. Email telling me to wait "the full 45-60 days" (which wasn't previously advised). 65 days now and nothing. I notice the website is now down "returning on 11/03/2021". I'm fairly certain this is a scam and am extremely irritated with myself for falling for it, in a moment of lockdown panic and desperation to get myself sorted while the gyms were closed. I've informed my credit card company, who are investigating. If something does turn up, by some miracle, I will obviously amend this review, but I am certainly not holding my breath.

Ordered Dumbbells on 4th January and should’ve been arrived 50 days after latest which should’ve end of February but still hasn’t arrived yet.

Wasn’t update till a few days ago about their being another delay and was given £25 as compensation but still don’t know if it will actually arrive after reading the reviews on here from others.

Update 17th March:
Dumbbells arrived however one of the dumbbell holders was cracked on arrival thus making it unusable.
I’ve also not received one weight plate for the dumbbell and have messaged the manufacturer and will update this review if I get a response. Also have updated my Credit Card Provider with what’s happened.

Fantastic product for a home gym. It enables myself and my Mrs to both train with the same dumbbells which is a huge space saver. The design is excellent and really pleased with them.
The only set back was the long delivery wait about 60 days, hence the 4/5 rating 👍🏻

There are a lot of harsh 1/5 reviews on here due to the extended wait. I do understand this given I waited 70 days for my weights to arrive but it’s pretty brutal to trash a product based on pandemic related logistics issues. Could the heads up have been better - absolutely. But don’t let this out you off.

A few things to know.

The weights take about 50-75 days to arrive instead of the 35-45 days quoted because of the pandemic. They’ll arrive in 2-3 boxes rather than all at once. The website is supposedly down to get more products uploaded to it but it’s probably to dissuade the 1/5 reviews that are becoming more apparent due to the extended wait time. I’ve found Harry to be pretty good at replying but he must be inundated with toxic abuse at the moment so allow him a couple of days!

The weights themselves are very good quality and I’d highly recommend them. You’re going to wait 2-3 months for any set of adjustable dumbbells at the moment and these are very high quality for a competitive price!

Only let down with this product is the length of time from order being placed to delivery. Quality is perfect. I ordered the 2.5kg - 24kg ones which came already assembled in x2 separate boxes. Packaging was very supporting of the weight. So, the turn around... I ordered on 04/01/2021 and they arrived today, 04/03/2021. I just wish the website was not still down for maintenance so I could order the stand and heavier weights set to complete my home gym.

Eventually arrived, later than promised initially (ordered 30/12 arrived 4/3). Quality seems very good so far, well packaged and no assembly required. Obviously these guys are having a nightmare with the imports. More proactive communication from gymzo regarding delivery delay and they’d have got 5 stars.
