Ordered a pair of shoes but never arrived. I emailed multiple times and never received a single response. I left it a couple months and tried again and again, still no email back. I never managed to receive my order or a refund. Worst store I’ve ever tried ordering from.

Replied fine to me with information about
Ordering, since ordering they will not reply at all. 6 weeks after ordering and paying still no idea where my ordered is.
They have ignore all my emails and messages.
Wouldn’t recommend, don’t waste your money or your time.
Need closing down

Do not waste your money!
Order placed 23rd September and I still have not received my items. Multiple emails have been sent and I have had no response.
I have emailed on many occasions and never hear back from them even though their website states “will get back to you in 48 hours”
My order number is 16332.
Money was promptly taken from my I am still awaiting my goods. Disgusting service! If I could give no stars I would!
I will continue to edit my review on here as this is the fastest you have ever got in touch! I do not wish to put my email address on for everyone to see! Why not check your emails

You are very quick to take money but not send items!

As I stated earlier I have contacted you weekly on the email address provided and you have failed to send items I purchased! Or offer a refund!

So i bought a ring of this website on 11th September yet had no confirmation and no package but shows on my bank transactions it had gone out, i always order of this website never have any problems up until now, ive emailed and tried to use there auntomated chat and yet been ignored all i want is the ring i paid for or full refund.

I bought a watch and some earrings and the quality is great.Highly recommended.

I placed an order on September 15th. After several emails and messages on Facebook I have had no reply whatsoever as to where my items are and no way of being refunded as impossible to contact, Avoid.

Bought a knecklace and some earrings for my birthday and I can just say that the quality of the jewellery is amazing and the items also came in time ❤️❤️ Will definitely be getting more jewellery from here in the future xx

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a bracelet from them for £40, the quality that was shown in the pictures was completely different to what arrived. I was sent a cheap bracelet that was very flimsy and felt like plastic. It broke within hours. I have sent numerous emails and live chat requests on their website over the past 5 weeks, nothing has been replied to and I have been ignored. The customer service is extremely poor. I was sent one response and they claimed they had received no previous emails. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Been waiting over flipping 6 weeks for my items , I would avoid ordering if you don’t want disappointment . Was meant to be a present but the birthday has long gone now. The company lacks in communication, REALLY BADLY. Had one email back stating they didn’t know the position of my package. Can’t even get a reply for a refund ! Taking the mick.

Ordered from this company at first would of probably been a bad review because it is hard to get hold of the company via email! And posting was a bit latebetter late then never But ohhhh my they mad up for it my item was as described and great quality Thankyou ❤️

I left my first review and what was then named when I ordered gypsy drip did email me. I ordered a pair of hoop earrings and when looking through there advertisements photos there was not a individual wearing them giving a idea of size. When I explained this I was told that there was which I took another look and this photo had now been added to there website but previously wasn't there. I was offered a free pair of earrings of my choice but I chose to decline the offer given the decite. This company can't even admit to when they have made a mistake so I would rather waste a small fortune than deal again with them.
