Hey, Please can you email us regarding this issue as we haven't had any emails relating to any severe allergic reactions from anybody? And we don't have any information regarding your order as its not a verified review. You stated you ordered earrings in your original review but a necklace has given you an allergic reaction, when was this purchased? We would advise you to stop using anything immediately if you have any allergic reaction. Hey, after looking at your order it seems you have ordered a PRE order item so you wouldn't of received this yet. Pre order items take 2/3 weeks to be dispatched after placing your order, this is stated in the product name and description on the website and its also in your order confirmation email too. Such a lovely company.
I ordered 2 separate orders fist order come next day item was lovely.
However second order i had a little problem where it was lost in transit somewhere. But i email the company I told them the order number they apologies and for the delay and sent my goods out that day :)
Unfortunately one of my items has not in stock once i had realized my first order was lost. However they made up for it by sending a free gift.
Such an amazing company lovey customer service definaily will be using this website again

Terrible service
I paid for standard shipping of 3-5 day’s and received my package 9 day’s later, not happy at all with that but then when i received my package I ordered a necklace to find that it was already broken. I was shocked after waiting an extra 9 days to receive it broken, bad service is an understatement. What really shocks me is when I emailed Gypsydrip telling them I was not happy they did not reply to message so i can’t even get a replacement necklace or refund, Disgraceful

Thanks for your order, we are so sorry that part of your order didn't reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately items can become damaged in transit no matter how hard we try to prevent this.
At the moment with the ongoing global pandemic the standard shipping times do not apply as stated in our FAQs on our website. Royal Mail are having delays due to this and with your order being an international parcel it has unfortunately added to the delay in it being received. Royal Mail delays are unpredictable at the moment as it differs depending on the area that you live.
We would be happy to send out a replacement as we always would with a faulty/damaged item but cannot given the current circumstances give a timescale on this being delivered.
Being a small business, unfair reviews like this can have a detrimental effect on us before you have even given us chance to respond. You sent the email at 23.23 the night before leaving this review and we have a turnaround time for emails to be responded to within 24 hours. You will see from the other 40+ reviews that we have very happy customers and this happening is a rare event, so we would love for you to reconsider your review.
