The staff at Caulfield habitat are amazing.
The staff at Caulfield habitat are always so friendly and helpful, The range of products is fabulous as well.
It’s my only pet store I visit now.
My puppa also loves the farmers mate range they stock.
So whether it’s for weekly supplies, or a special occasion, they have what I want with lots of choices for food, pet supplies and toys.
Highly recommend this store 100 % and the habitat chain in general.

Staff are super-helpful
They always have my dog's food in stock, or can get it for him within 24 hours. Any problems, they'll work with us to solve it. We love Habitat Altona!

My Mistake NOT Habitat's
I have changed my review of Habitat from 1 to 5 stars. I made a mistake. And I am sorry. I was expecting delivery of a special pair of nail clippers from an order that I placed on the 28th of February. At the time, I was a sleep deprived owner of an 8 week old pup. I didn't realize that I had chosen "Click & Collect" vs delivery. Karen Habitat was patient and kind enough to express post the nail clippers to me last Friday. They arrived today.
