I got a short shelf life item with a…
I got a short shelf life item with a half price discount, which I didnt expect at all. I called them and explained I want to exchange it to a longer shelf life one instead of discount. I gave all my information including order number and my contact, but none of staff has reached out to me. I havent opened the bag and now it's almost expired. I work day time only so cant really call to the team again, so did I via e-mail but still havent heard anything.

Hi Alan,
You may want to check your records as this is defiantly the first Full Groom. It also seems on your first visit that we had to charge extra time and a matted coat surcharge due to condition of your dogs coat.
Second visit was also a spot shave due to matted coat.
I have the history records and photos if you would like me to email them through to you? I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm just trying to avoid false information being posted as a review for our business.
Our groomer has also taken the time to help educate you on how to maintain your dogs coat inbetween grooms to avoid your dog needing to be shaved and incur extra costs.
Hi Alan, We have spoken to the Grooming Salon at Chirnside Park. They have notes and photos of your dog before and during the groom, noting that your dog had pelting (a severe, solid, carpet-like matting of the undercoat that tightly adheres to the skin)
Your dog had previously only ever had a tidy up with us and not been fully groomed.
We would be more than happy to share the images showing the condition that your dog was in before being groomed.
Our groomer noted that your wife left with more education around maintenance between grooms and seemed pleased with the groom. You were also noted priort to starting the groom that the finished result will be short due to the condition of your dogs coat.

An easy site to navigate and found what I wanted to buy very easily. The variety of the particular brand I was looking for was very good and the Habitat prices are the best I have found. All in all a satisfying experience. Delivery was super quick which the four woofers were happy about as their favourite treats were in the box. Tail wags all round

No email .... No order!
It's very simple and I've said it before: Why on earth do I have to show my email for Click & Collect?
I have my Driver's License with a Photograph which proves who I am. I have the Card I used to pay for the order but, Nope .... that's not good enough. I have to have the email.
It makes me wonder how many 75 year olds are going to fake a drivers license to get a $50 box of dog biscuits????

YUCK!
Bought a 100x bulk pack of pig ears and thought I was giving my dog a healthy alternative for treats. After giving him 1 a day for the last 3 weeks I noticed something wriggling around inside one of the ears. It was a maggot. Searching through the remainder of the box I've found 100s of them scattered through out. YUCK!! I've since done my best to clean every single ear and repacked them and tossed away the really bad ones. I will not be buying anymore pig ears from this supplier what a terrible experience.
