Overall HTB is just the best platform out there for cybersecurity with huge amount of content that is continuously being developed. I didn't have to contact support that often over the years, but the few times I did they responded quickly and resolved my issue.

Been using Hack The Box for a while now and honestly, it’s solid. The platform runs smooth, no annoying bugs, and everything’s well organized. Whether you're into web, reversing, pwn, whatever—they got it all. Perfect for leveling up your skills if you're into pentesting or just wanna break stuff legally.

Now, about the support—shoutout to Michael, that guy actually helped me out fast and knew exactly what I was talking about, which is rare these days. Didn’t just copy-paste replies like most support teams, he actually cared.

Overall, 100% recommend HTB, especially if you're learning or prepping for certs. Worth it.

They provide all the tools needed to learn.
They start from the very basics, which is crucial for an unexperienced person like me, giving you the feeling you learn and are capable of doing things (hands-on) from the very beginning, keeping you motivated.
From what I can understand the paths and boxes go all the way up, requiring deep knowledge to solve, which also gives me the motivation and vision to reach there.

Cybersecurity learning made proactive! With vast amount of available module and lessons and ability to practice on pwnbox, which expects you to think outside the box, this is an awesome academy for learning ethical hacking. And on top of that - the Lab! Awesome machines with different difficulty levels. And the HTB community is always here to help!

Had an issue with the linking from academy Account (that was my fault), support was able to resolve the problem very fast.

First off, the content that HTB provide are great. I use both Academy and Labs regularly and they're great. There are plenty of challenges and machines to play with and the modules in Academy are really well drafted. Any cybersecurity enthusiast would enjoy the convenience of having materials and challenges easily accessible.

However the support is just on another level. I had a silly goofup where I clicked on the wrong subscription and it charged me $500. Not only did the tech support process my refund, they also did it in less than an hour. I was panicking so hard but I'm so glad that they managed to help me. 10/10
