Wonderful shopping experience with Haff Price as always!!. 💟I bought a house shape wall clock, that I absolutely adore as its very unique and ideal for gift to someone!. Also got a stylish bold blue colour sofa cover, fits perfectly and is also stretchy and easy to wash which is great!. And then a motorcycle alarm clock, which I am in love with as I never saw any as cool looking as it, with super colours and detail!! 💙💙💙

Great prices

False information

I ordered the Phoera foundation which is vegan and cruelty free instead they sent me QIC foundation as a equal substitute which it isn’t.
QIC is not on the PETA website as vegan and cruelty free but they won’t give me a refund.

Ladies beware!

UPDATE 25.7.23:
Received an email regarding a full refund but if you read my review it’s regarding the foundation QIC and not about the size issue.

I am disturbed that they can’t read a simple feedback regarding a foundation and respond to a difference product.

BUYER BEWARE I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!

Value for money, lots of choice to tempt you.

I have purchased a few items including jewelry, make up, household items and shoes for which I was extremely pleased with good quality items, quick delivery and value for money plus lots of choice would recommend you buy from this company you won't be disappointed.

I bought 2 more pairs of trainers

I bought 2 more pairs of trainers, as the first pair I bought were perfect.
Unfortunately they arrived and were to small ,even though I ordered the same size.
I contacted customer service and was given a full refund and didn't have to send them back,which would have cost me.
Brilliant customer service.

my first order and not understanding what's happening…

I made my first order and have been trying to communicate and know when I wil get my goods but nothing is happening and no one is taking ,I'm beginning to regret making this step honestly ,your customer service is very poor ,please if this will take my energy you better refund me my money cus I have to work 12 hours a day to get the money I made that purchase with ....I wrote to them and they told me to provide my email and when I add my email I was I was told they don't allow it either .honestly your customer service and everything about halffprice seems fake and it's so heartbreaking

I bought my shoes from haff price just two weeks ago and they gave me my shoes plus watch as a new customer so i really like that love for new customer and my order has delivered before the date as well so i really like to shop with haff price so i will give them five star and i will recommend all to shop with haffprice. Never never again
Delivery took a lot longer to come than originally stated so half came while I was away and is muddy and wet where it was dumped over my back gate (not a request) and the other half was left of the street the day before I went away fortunately.
Clothes are all to small (sizes that from similar companies for example are large) and the wrong colour has been sent on some products.
Returns are not obvious. I looked at it once but now can't find it and even if you do they charge you to return. So my advice is don't bother and just buy what you want from somewhere that gets it right first time. There are plenty out there (with free returns if needed).
