My beautifully wrapped parcel (done by a specials needs group) gorgeous. I’m an avid jewelry collector and reseller and always clean and do minor repairs. I’m going to use it immediately! And it’s made in the Netherlands. What could be better!

Mixed results…
The small pot of jewellery cleaner was not effective. The large pot of silver cleaner for cutlery etc was very effective.

We are sorry that the Silver Clean did not meet your expectations. Depending on the state of oxidation of your jewellery, a chemical cleaning (bath) may not be sufficient. We can advise you to combine with a mechanical cleaning with the Silver Cloth, an impregnated cotton cloth that polishes silver jewellery easily and guarantees no scratches.

The shopping experience at Hagerty great | transportation provider DPD is a nightmare
The shopping experience at Hagerty is great and I will certainly order again.
Downside is your chosen transportation service provider DPD.
SInce last Thursday my parcel is stuck in their warehouse. With the initial promise to deliver within 1-2 business days. Nothing has happened so far; it´s Tuesday night now!.
Even choosing a dedicated delivery date was just ignored. Reached out to their support and hope that these guys will get it fixed. BTW: not my first bad experience with DPD.

Amazing product!!
I have used Hagerty cleaning solution for years, everything comes out sparkling new, I recommend it to all my friends. I'm never quite sure how long I'm supposed to keep each solution before changing? But I love the solution and the cleaning cloth together.

We are sorry to hear about what happened to your countertop. The Silver Bath formula is obviously designed to remove tarnish and oxidation from silver objects.
It should be used on a table or flat surface, and the area should be protected to avoid contact with any other materials.
Stains can be removed over time after repeated cleaning. We suggest Hagerty Silver & Multimetal Foam, but as mentioned, marks will not disappear after 1 application.
