Registered with HAH In October 2019 for delivery of Hyrimoz pre filled pen Cronic crohns disease and Ankylosing Spondylitis nurse home training Verry good then that's where the good part stopped. My consultant issued a prescription 23rd November 2020 today's date 11th December medication still not received. For the past two weeks I have phoned and live chat nearly every day. Due to having 2 Auto immune diseases I am in France visiting my son but am unable to travel due to COVID and lock down. They promised me they would make a delivery
10th December between 8 and 1 so my husband traveled back to UK to get my Hyrimoz guess what at 3 o'clock still not arrived called back til driver running late with deliveries but will definitely be there 8pm came and went nothing. This morning 8.05 I was back on the phone in a que to be told my order was cancelled yesterday I explained my husband is only in UK for 1 day they said they were sending it by courier today I told them he has to leave my home address by 5pm to get to Portsmouth ferry its now 2 o'clock still nothing phoned HAH again they say they will get the person I spoke to previously to call me back as he was dealing with the delivery. If this does not arrive I will have to pay another £200 to rebook as ticket not transferable. For the life if me I cannot understand how they are getting away with this disgraceful service. We people who have to use this company have serious medical problems we have enough to contend with we do not need the added stress of trying to arrange a delivery which involves hours spent on the phone trying to get through. Wish me luck I am about to try again.

I have a private hospital prescription for Fampridine for MS. I have a delivery every 4 weeks and pay on a Friday/Monday whenever their choose to ring. They rang this Monday took payment for delivery Tuesday. Later they rang to say the prescription hasn’t been received. So there would be a delay. Baring in mind my medication ran out on Wednesday. I’ve spent the week chasing this. Even ringing the hospital, most of the time leaving answerphone messages. Today HAH promised to get back to me by the end of the day? Guess what no call. I’m Stressed and upset by this, not great for my condition. I’ve paid a lot of money for this drug they should not have taken payment if they can’t provide. See what happens tomorrow? In the meantime can anyone recommend another supplier? Lots of negative comments on here I notice Mmm!

Shocking company. Ive already left one bad review after treatment never turned up for my son for over 2 weeks. Then to get the same cut and paste response asking me to email them is disgusting. My child has severe haemophilia and von willebrands disease and can suffer internal bleeding that decreases mobility or can be fatal. To be told the order is lost..delayed..the computers are down..the systems don't tie up ..its the driver..its the packer..its the prescription..... Not good enough. I see you have already been investigated several times for the same issues of not being able to provide and nothing changes. I then had a call telling me its due to a new system... utter rubbish as I have been having problems since we signed up to this company some 10 years ago..so anyone thinking its a covid related delivery issue or system failure..please don't be fooled. You may get the odd one ot 2 positive experiences but don't rely on these people to keep you alive any longer that it takes them to sort their act out. Ive ordered my next batch of treatment direct from hospital and it was delivered via courier the same day. Thats how serious my sons condition is and needs treatment. Im too angry to even put in to words without being derogatory

When I was first diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and placed on immune suppressant injections, Health Care at Home was great. Don’t know what happened in the last few months but it’s not good. My last delivery was over 2 weeks late meaning I had a bad Crohns flare up and ill for several weeks. I am due again in 5 days with no stock. Sent several emails first one was 27th November. Still no reply or delivery scheduled.

My rheumathoid arthritis injections from HaH. I called up three weeks ago to book a delivery and I am yet to get my injections. I have done everything on my end, got my blood test, called up every few days. I have had a few flare-ups in the last few weeks. So really need to take my injections on time. I will be late taking my injections. On top of that, I am going on holiday to see family next week. It seems I will have to cancel the trip as my injections haven't arrived. I don't understand why it takes 3 weeks to get a prescription from the hospital.

I'd give zero stars if I could!!! Absolutely useless, never deliver on time, can never get hold of them and always blaming drivers or other colleagues. Rude and not helpful either. They are dealing with life changing drugs and peoples livelihoods. Wouldnt recommend at all. Dealing with them is making me poorly

One star is one too many. This is the worst company to deal with, my daughter has been without medication due to healthcare at home failings. Promised return phonecalls dont happen, I have submitted a complaint so that this does not happen to another child.

I would leave no stars if I could!!
Absolutely awful service, due a prescription for my daughter yesterday and nobody knows anything about it. She is dependent on this medication to keep her mobile.
Spoken to several people who all have told me they will get back to me, guess what, not one individual has called me back! Issue still not resolved and my Daughter has no medication!
Absolutely shocking, one very upset anxiety ridden Mum!

After having a delivery arranged for vital medication come and go with no driver turning up, leaving me without medication to inject this shambles of a company turned up today with biological medication that was the wrong dose!
The picking manifest and the sticker for the prescription clearly state what should have been picked but their team somehow got the wrong medication. They are in utter meltdown as a company and these errors will end up killing someone who doesn’t spot the error.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the boxes are open and crushed, the sticker and manifest show they were picked for delivery on 3rd November and today is the 22nd! This medication needs to be stored in a refrigerated way safely, I have NO IDEA where it’s been, would you trust it?
This medication costs thousands of pounds, all money being charged back to our local NHS bodies. This is a public scandal and should be all over the media and in Parliament. We should be collectively lobbying the Government to step in and take this contract away, but how do we do that?

Well!!!
So the saga with Healthcare at Home continues...
Having failed to organise a delivery if vital treatment from July to October, then having sent it to the wrong address despite multiple calls and emails from me, the next stunning instalment has occurred.
Today was the glorious day my daughters July delivery was finally meant to arrive and we waited with bated breath.
Just to let you know that after the long delay in her vital medication my daughter is now being investigated for an incurable but treatable illness probably caused by the lack of this medication. On top of the Crohns Disease. Thank you so much Healthcare at home. One disease was definitely not enough for her was it?
So the delivery came and my daughter was thrilled.. until she opened it. After 4 months you delivered her vital medication.. in the wrong form and it is useless to her!!!!
So, here in London I have a fridge full of her Miniquick infections and an old pen she used last year. (note last year)
In Cambridge she has a vial. No pen, only a vial. You know or should do, that you delivered vial and pen last year by mistake and she has never used it. She has had miniquicks for years. How on earth did you manage to do this again?
So, during a national lockdown she has a vial with no way to use it and I have a fridge full of miniquicks which you wouldnt receive.
You promised me faithfully you would get it right this time. Over and over again you messed up. Got her treatment cancelled three times over 5 years and made her have to go through all the tests again and start at a dose that is too low to help much. All Down To You Healthcare At Home.
So what are you going to do now?
I am going to have to break Lockdown, risking a fine, to travel by train to Cambridge to deliver the medication I have here. If I get fined you will get the bill and the blame.
I have just finished hanging on the phone from 19.20 to 20.00 only to be switched off!!!!! 40 minutes of hearing you music and 'please hold and an assistant will be with you shortly' and then to get turned off!!!!!
What sort of company are you? You have messed us about. Lied to me on multiple occasions, made mistake after mistake and now made my daughter more I'll tha. before.
She is on huge painkillers due to your incompetence. She will need extra treatment and her fertility may be permanently compromised because of your complete incompetence.
It took 16 years to get her into remission and go to Uni and you have ruined it all. I actually hate your company.
I shall be taking this further and asking that your company loses the contract to 'give healthcare'. Shame On You.
Disgraceful service for seriously ill people who already have the stress of illness in their lives. I’ve made nearly 20 phone calls to get tablets and blood test box. Tablets not turning up, hanging on the phone over 30 minutes and then getting cut off. Web chat doesn’t work, no reply to emails, no follow ups on complaints. Finally two months late a blood file arrived in the post with no return label or bag which cannot be used.
The district nurse has to keep going away cause there’s no blood box to use for a blood test. Everyone is suppose to be looking into the problem ...but nothing happens. So stressful and absolutely useless company and service.

Well, despite more 30+ mins phone calls. Numerous emails & contact on Twitter...Quelle Surprise!! No medication!
I've even offered to arrange the collection of my medication from them personally, but was rebuffed. This has all the Hallmarks of a company going down the pan.
I would suggest contacting your relevant support group/charity as well as your Specialist to complain. I've also complained to the CQC. I await the generic response and empty promises.

I would rate - 0 star; NOT SURE HOW NHS CONTINUES TO LICENSE THE HOME CARE. COMPANY. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THE PATIENT:- HOME MEDICATION DELIVER SERVICE. THE MEDICATION SHOULD IN SEALED MANUFACTURED PACKAGES/BOXES, WHEN THE DELIVER TAKES PLACE. DUE TO COVID, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT RECIVE LOOSE PACKAGES.

Would give zero stars if I could. Theyre responsible for delivering my biologic medication and just fail every time. Been without it for weeks now. Its a med that prevents arthritis from attacking my joints and tendons and internal organs. They just don't care.

Waiting for order of Amgevita.
It was originally due on 6th November but was advised delivery would be 13th November so already a week late to take my medication. Along with my bone cancer treatment, I have to attend hospital appointments and rearranged these to fit with my delivery time. Latest slot was 12.03 and still not had a delivery.
In fairness to customer services, they are tried to help after being on hold for 30 mins but their system means that there is nothing they can do accept apologise.
This company has caused me extreme distress in an already upsetting time for me and need to realise they dealing with peoples lives not delivering a dvd from Amazon!

My partner who relies on weekly medication for her M.S. has now completely run out. No-one from H@H had called to arrange a delivery with her as they would normally do to ensure the medication stock wouldn't run low, so my partner had to contact them herself a few weeks ago where a delivery was finally arranged for Tuesday of this week in the evening. We waited and waited for the delivery.....nothing! No phone call...just silence! No-one to contact!
So she called the next day to find out what was going on and after waiting and waiting to be put through was told the driver had "Run out of time!!" so had returned to the depot. You would think that an arrangement would be made to deliver asap...No....earliest is next Thursday (over a weeks time), even though my partner had told them she had completely run out of her medication!! Absolutely useless!!
Do they not realize people rely on their medication?? If H@H can't handle this extremely important contract (which could be the matter of life and death for some) then they should give it up to a company that can! They need to do something before a patient "Runs out of time!!!" .....USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I had to give a 1 star rating...in truth it should be none!!!

Reply from Healthcare at Home
Shambolic! Arrange the delivery over the phone, get an txt message the day before wait in, and it dose not come, this part is only slightly inconvenient. I have now run out of my medication and they arrange another delivery 43 DAYS LATER! The online chat is not fit for purpose, I've emailed back and forth to get no resolution. They offer a total inadequate service.
UPDATE.....25/11/20
I have been without my medication since 11/11/20 and they still have not given me a new delivery date. They are very fast to respond to trust pilot reviews but they offer nothing in the way of resolving the issue. At a loss at what I need to do to get my medication.
