Oh what a mess!

Same as all the rest of the reviewers. Medicine not delivered. Healthcare at Home impossible to contact.
All you get from Healthcare at home is a pathetic automated apology after you post a review. It obviously is a company in meltdown. The NHS is letting it's patients down by continuing to deal with Healthcare at Home.

USELESS ALL ROUND

No deliveries of my injections since 18th august. Cant get through on the phone, chat lines are too busy or turned off. Why is the nhs using this company? The reason is they are cheap and we the customers suffer because they are cheap. Hah website looks wonderful but in reality they cannot cope. My injections were supposed to be delivered last night 6pm-8pm. They never came. No txts or calls with a reason why. Finally got on the chat line and they said delivery had failed - driver ran out of hours. Have they only 1 delivery van? Delivery has now gone to tuesday. It is VITAL I take it on monday. I have no faith it will come tuesday anyway judging by all the other reviews. Chat line promised their pharmacist would ring me. That was 4hours ago. My stress levels are through the roof. Have i to go through this procedure every time my order is due? I am looking for a complaint website that goes directly to the nhs then everyone can put their past complaints on and any future complaints on immediately. Complaining on here is useless because the nhs are NOT reading these complaints. Complaining on the Hah website is useless as they only answer the good reviews posted in february and again the nhs are NOT reading the complaints. Once i have found the nhs complaints website i shall post it here and we can flood them with complaints until the nhs finds a better provider. Absolutely furious with Hah treating people like this. They are getting paid by the nhs but are not fulfilling their contract

Delivery not made again.

Delivery of critical medication not made today for the second time since 29/10 despite apologies and assurances after the first failed delivery. Tried to call but no reply between 7 and 8pm when lines close. Live chat facility not available either. A desperately poor and health threatening service.

Terrible service

I have now been on hold for over an hour. I have a delivery booked for tomorrow (3rd November) and it was booked as an evening delivery as I am at work. I have received 2 text messages now stating it will be delivered between 11am and 1pm. This is not what was arranged. I am due to administer this medication this week and will not be happy if I am delayed and I have a flare up of my crohns especially as its vitally important to stay healthy during the covid pandemic! I have attempted to email on the address on your website and on ptcomms address and both have bounced back saying failed and that the issue is your end. Live chat also unavailable. Really stressed and worried now about becoming unwell!

No way of contacting them

I have tried multiple times on both phone and chat to explain that they have the incorrect delivery address which I mentioned on the initial call.

They will deliver costly refrigerated medicines to the incorrect address and there is zero way of informing them.

I am pretty sure they deactivate the chat function as it is not always available during work hours.

Woeful service and terrible website.

Woeful service

Woeful service. Was due on a Wednesday, didn't turn up so spent an hour on hold to find out why. They blamed it on a new system and I was told it would arrive Monday.

Monday came and went and spent another hour on hold to be told they don't know why it didn't go through but they'll delete the order, set up a new one and it will definitely be with me Saturday.

Saturday has arrived and after another hour on hold I'm told that because of the days they didn't deliver, my prescription expired and they're awaiting a response from the hospital. No one told me. They've known for 5 days that they weren't delivering but didn't feel the need to tell me? So I've wasted another day waiting and ringing to see what's going on. Customer service and updates are awful.

Three consecutive failed deliveries, no explanation each time, now out of meds. Will be making an official complaint. Can see from below reviews this seems to be a running trend with them. It's one thing failing to deliver once, it's another doing it on many ocassions without any explanation or apology! Have to contact them to see what's going on instead of them letting you know even. Disgusting level of service

I have been emailing and trying to ring/online chat Healthcare at home for the past month. I am due medication this Monday coming and haven’t had a sharps bin that I can use for over a month! No acknowledgement of my emails. Absolutely disgusting service especially when it’s peoples health at risk.

Great first impression BUT then downhill thereafter.

First delivery was fine. I received a text to say on Monday my medication would be delivered on Friday. I booked the day off work and waited in all day.....no delivery and no phone call, text or email to advise that they have an issue. I am on a loading dose of my medication meaning it’s more important than normal to make sure that my medication is taken on time. On the website of HAH they state that they want as much notification if patients aren’t going to be in to accept a delivery but it seems when it’s the other way around they don’t care. I always have been forgetful and put off taking medication properly for years but I’ve been so ill the past year that I have tried to organise myself so I can actually get my life sorted however when you’re let down by the people who are supposed to be providing this care it makes you think why do I bother. Now I am stressing that I’m not going to get my medication on time and that’s not helping my condition, financially I’m out of pocket for taking a days wasted leave and will have to take another when they decide to actually deliver my medication.

The delivery was supposed to come on Tuesday he waited in all day for it never came!! The driver is supposed to call when they are near as he has arthritis and is slow answering the door! I’ve said this every single time and still it’s too hard for them to make sure this happens just been on hold once for 30 mins now for 1 hour to say they are now closed!

utter crap

My experience with HaH was fairly decent untill this last delivery. Not only was it already late due to an issue with my prescription but I have now had two deliveries cancelled/no shows and I am over a week overdue for my dose.

HaH are a joke of a company that are playing with people's long term health through their incompetence. I can accept minor issues but this is unacceptable.

High achievers at incompetence

Forced to give a 1 star although should be 0 stars.

Complete incompetence. This is not the first time I have been left without my medication. The first time I it took them over 4 weeks to make an urgent delivery.

Again, I gave nine days notice that I didn't have any medication for my next dose. I was told an urgent request would be put through and I would be contacted about delivery. Seven days went by with no contact.

I eventually got through again on the phone and was told that they hadn't recieved a response from the hospital to their urgent request. But apparently nobody thought to chase this. I was told a second urgent request was sent through and the following day told they had now received the response from the hospital and somebody from the pharmacy would contact me about delivery. This was now the day before I was due to take my next dose.

I am now 3 days overdue to take my medication. I waited on hold for 25mins while at work yesterday and eventually had to hang up. Then again I when I got home waited on hold for 40mins only to be cut off and told they were now closed.

Again I tried today for 30mins and couldnt get through. I tried the webchat twice and got placed at 200 in the waiting list each time, eventually having to give up.

I have now recieved a reply to my email I sent them yesterday telling me that they do not have a current prescription for me. So clearly whoever I spoke to Friday that assured me they had the prescription was lying to me. Again not the first time HaH have lied to me.

Avoid this company if you can

75% not good enough

75% not good enough. I have been a client of HaH since 2010. I believe it would be about right to say that 75% of my deliveries, which occur every 8 weeks, occur without a problem. When you're dealing with medicines which have to be delivered regularly and are really important to the patient as mine are, 75% is nowhere near good enough. In the latest instalment I should have had a delivery 14th September and it's only arrived today, 19th October. I could go on but won't. I have e-mailed PatientAdvocacy at hah.co.uk to complain. It'll be interesting to see the turnaround time because the turnaround time for my other e-mails requesting information is usually several days.

My first dealing with HaH

My first dealing with HaH, arranged through my local hospital, has been dreadful. Medication was supposed to arrive today (Monday) so that a nurse can administer it on Wednesday. Supposed to get a 2 hour time slot for delivery, didn't get one. Phoned HaH and after 30 mins got through only to be cut off. Started a webchat and was 101 in the queue. After 60 mins still 19 in the queue. In the meantime phoned again and waited another 35 mins. Actually spoke to someone who after 10 more mins informed me that for some unknown reason the medication hadn't been dispatched. The organisation of this company seems to be a complete shambles.

Worst customer service ever! Sorted!

Been receiving my medication for 12 years but the last few weeks with HAH have been a nightmare can’t through on the phone hanging on for 50 mins then getting cut off. Chat line got through 78 in waiting! Run out of medication now.

Update thanks to HAH for sorting out problem now received medication . Hopefully things will improve.
