I emailed them and asked about their service, but nobody got back to me. I placed an order on April 22. They confirmed my order, but they haven't shipped it yet. I am still waiting. I contacted them again, but no response.
I ordered from them before, and they delivered. This time I called them, and nobody picked up the phone. I mean, what's going on? This is not professional and is a trust-losing experience.

I’ve asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times, and every single time I get the same copy-paste response: “we will cancel your order immediately.” It’s been over two weeks, and clearly nothing is being done. At this point, it just feels like they’re stalling and hoping customers give up.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company to deliver orders or process refunds properly.
If you’re in Canada, save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from them.

Like most of everybody here, I ordered from Maytaki, and it took them ages to ship my product. I thought the product was being shipped from the US, but it is not the case, so be aware this is a Chinese product.
NOW, once I received it I followed their instructions and put it on my palm (on my left palm to be precise) and with my right fingers I applied on my hair. Although i didn’t experience any itching or anything the product STAINED my skin so badly that it is over a week since I had the product on my palm and fingers for about 10 minutes and my hands are still BADLY STAINED not to mention other things in the house like pillow case etc that got so badly stained I had to throw them away… my main concern is that i can’t get rid of the stain on my hands, after trying everything I am thinking on having laser done on my both hands or do a peeling on my hands to get rid of the superficial layer of skin and hopefully get my skin back to the normal color as I am desperate as I can’t get rid
Of the dark color of their stain on the skin of my hands. I am thinking this is a company that needs to be sued!

I also ordered April 3, 2026. It is now 4-27-26. They do not send you an email confirmation of your order, but they will take your money immediately. I'm glad I was wary and printed off a screenshot of my order, or I would have no information to prove my order other than my bank transaction. Almost a full month they have had my money but have not even sent me an order confirmation. I went to their site to track my order number and it comes up as invalid. I have emailed twice with no reply back. I think this company is a scam. They will send a few orders to get positive reviews and then try to get out of sending product for others. I want my money back!

i bought the products few times for the anti gray cream, it dose cover the grey but makes hair dry. i dont think Mayraki products is better or worse than other brands. but i have to say its customer service is beyond poor. They dont have any online business ethics. The shipment takes long time which can be forgiven consider lots products these days are made out of the States. What most frustrating is you will NEVER get talk to anyone through the number listed ( i bet the number list there just because its required to have an online regiestration by law), I have never able track my order use tracking listed on their website, and when I sent emails, occasionally there is a generic returned email without any specifics. I will never purchase their products again to avoid putting my self in Jeopardy to loose money and not getting the products.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered over a week ago and on the site it says it’s located in California so I thought product would ship right away being there is no back order message or sold out message on website. I emailed and they wrote me a generic message 48hrs later. I wrote them over 24hrs ago and still nothing. I just sent another email I need my money refunded and they can cancel the order because this is trash service. I do not do business like this and when I order from a company I expect communication and products. You took my money instantly and did not deliver on your end. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PAGE LOOKS SCAMMY. Im starting to see so many mixed reviews on the actual keratin treatments I’m nervous even using the product, they could be lying about the ingredients in the products the way they move incognito in business. this has to be the worst product i've ever used. i trusted it because it was meant to be natural, but it actually made my hair fall out - yes HAIR LOSS AND SCALP IRRITATION - i strongly discourage anyone from using this product, i feel so disappointed that i fell for their marketing. DO NOT USE IT, IM NOT SURE WHATS IN IT, BUT U WILL REGRET IT! I write this 18 months after my experience, simply because i feel so sad that that others may be dooped like i was. When i tried communicating with them back then the customer service was close to zero. a total farse. Proceed with caution, but truly i'd say do not proceed at all!

Update: It’s already been a week. They said they had prioritized my order again and would send the tracking number, but they still haven’t sent it.

I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled.
After using one of this company’s products, it caused severe and permanent staining to multiple items in my home, including furniture, textiles, and bathroom surfaces. The damage clearly exceeds €1,000 and has been fully documented with photos.
From the beginning, I contacted customer support in a calm and reasonable manner, initially only requesting a refund. However, given the extent of the damage, this is clearly a product-related damage case, not a simple return.
Over several weeks, I have received repeated responses stating that my case is “under review” or “being escalated,” but no concrete solution, timeline, or compensation proposal has ever been provided. After setting clear deadlines, my last message was not answered at all.
At this point, I feel that my case is being deliberately delayed rather than resolved.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious. While issues can happen, the way a company handles them is what matters — and in this case, the lack of accountability and communication is very concerning.
I am still open to resolving this matter fairly and hope the company will take responsibility and provide an appropriate solution.

It took 8 weeks before my product arrived - I messaged customer service and they took ages to respond - they could not confirm when I would get items. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for that! The product itself leaves hair feeling stiff and rubs off onto pillow case. Do not buy from this company!

Since then I have used the product and it leaves hair stiff, leaves dye on pillow and this morning my scalp feels irritated (I did a test before use). Company sent product but unusable as it is labelled “dark 10” and given I am strawberry blond this is definitely not the colour I ordered. I have emailed three times over a three week period to return it unopened but no response.

So I did the right thing and contacted Mayraki support via email on 13th Jan 2026 requesting a sample for the anti grey for sensitive skin 2025 solution so that I can skin patch test it as when I tried to use the solution back in 2021, I had a burning itching head swelling skin reaction from contact dermatitis. I also asked specifically on the refund process as past reviews on their refund process are all bad. I received a vague response only after constant emails on 26th February to be told that there we no samples and that to go ahead and purchase and if there are irritation issues, a refund can be processed. I was dubious from all the past bad reviews I read about Mayraki support not getting back to customers and not offering refunds and the fact that they didn't answer my initial query about the refund process, but I went ahead with the order on 10th February. Again, I had to follow up repeatedly for the delivery which I received on 17 March. As soon as I received the item, I conducted the skin patch test on my forearm and low and behold even with the anti grey sensitive skin solution my skin flared up again with contact dermatitis eczema. To make matter worse it has spread in numerous places all over my body. Lucky I did do the skin patch test as the last time back in 2021 my head inflated like a ballon and I had limited vision. I emailed mayraki support straight away on 17th March requesting that they provide a refund process and have received no communications. I sent another email indicating to them to send an informative email on the refund process on 22nd March or I will write non favorable reviews based on the product and experience with dealing with the company and here it is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS as Mayraki doesn't care and just throws salt in your wounds caused by their product.
I already sent their support an email requesting a refund with order number #10184048. So a reply to review asking for the order number is kind of another time waster.

My first order of a Mayraki branded product happened in 18 JUNE 2025. In the same day the order status surprisingly fast change to “shipped”. I received the purchase short after with no problem then. Then in august and september 2025 received some normal afteremails asking for feedbacks and re-order if I had ran out of my product and so on..So far everything was just normal.
Then in 21 NOVEMBER 2025, I did my second order, when closing to run out of the product. Just like in the first order, the status changed to “shipped” in the same day. THEN THE NIGHTMARE STARTED.
On 28 NOVEMBER 2025 got an email with the status “The shipment is handed over in bulk final acceptance of the item to be confirmed”, the subject said “in transit” and new info on the email text said “Please note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For any questions, please contact the courier directly.”
After waiting a lot, already in 05 JANUARY 2026 I tried to call both telephone numbers from the Mayraki website and one number the call simply DOES NOT CONNECT to the other end, the second number an automatic answer says amongst other “you are eligible for a promo, to continue press one or hang up the phone”. Well, as I was just calling regarding the shipping of my product, and as the only option of all ways to reach them, I pressed # 1, somebody answered, I explained my situation, asked if there was from Mayraki hair product company, and they HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME TWICE.
After that, already in 15 JANUARY 2026 I sent an email saying something was wrong with my shipping. On 16 JANUARY 2026 got an email saying “your order has a delivery exception” and in the email text for my surprise was stated “Please contact the courier if you have any question regarding the delivery exception” so literally transferring the shipping responsibility to me. So I decided to go to my local post office. They had the local shipping code and found out that the retaining at the customs (we are talking from a EU country to another EU country) happened due to lack of information on my address, and had already returned to Mayraky. The most impressive thing was that, like I said to the post office attendant, it was not the first time I ordered so the company (Mayraki) knew my address correctly.
After checking the product tracking number and seeing it was already back at the sender’s (Mayraki) I decided to make another THIRD ORDER already in 11 FEBRUARY 2026 and asked the company by email to send both, the one I’d just ordered and the one that returned. I took the chance on the email to say none of the telephone numbers worked and apparently didn’t belong to something related to Mayraky as they hung up on me twice.
We are now on 23 MARCH 2026 they said the item was shipped but I HAVEN’T SEEING NOTHING SO FAR. Basically from 21 NOVEMBER 2025 to 23 MARCH 2026 there are 4 (FOUR) MONTHS WITHOUT RECEIVING MY PRODUCT. A last emaisl on 12 march 2026 was received saying I got 650 points.

I ordered in early January 2026. Two weeks later I cancelled because the order never shipped. I received the confirmation for the cancellation. It’s almost April 2026 and I’m yet to receive my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails, which they would respond to saying to give them time and now they no longer respond to my emails inquiring about the status of my refund. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Can I give a negative stars? Put in an order in February. Still have not received it. When you call customer service it’s a fake number. I’ve emailed multiple times. Their first response was “oh let me check your order to see why it hasn’t shipped” never heard back. Messaged again and they said they would refund. That was over a week ago. Now I’m having to contact my credit card company. Horrendous to deal with. If you’re thinking about ordering do yourself a favor. Don’t do it. And then they respond on trust pilot some random generic response. DONT ORDER EVER FROM THEM!!
