I'm always nervous about heavy products…

I'm always nervous about heavy products that bog down my hair. This one surprised me, it feels lightweight and non greasy, yet packed with smoothing effect. The keratin mask coats rather than clogs. After about 5 uses, the general look is sleeker, healthier, and more pliable. Great for people who hate the "heavy hair" feeling.

Finally Refunded but a Nightmare

As promised, I said I would post when Mayraki refunded the product. And they did FINALLY, but it took over six weeks and innumerable hours of my valuable time when the whole issue was their mistake. They also did not refund the $10+ in shipping I was forced to spend to get the refund when they sent a product I did not want. I also know that the ONLY time Mayraki took any action was when I posted here. Be very careful before ordering from this company. Read the reviews carefully and also look at the product ingredients carefully. For example, the Anti Grey Restoring Treatment is advertised as Grey hair treatment to reverse grey hair and restore color naturally. That is false advertising. It's hair dye. Just look at what happens to your clothes, hands or face if you get any of it on you. I couldn't get the dye off my skin for days no matter how hard I scribbed and it stained and ruined a shirt permanently AND I had an allergic reaction on my scalp. And as many reviewers stated, no one answers the phone number and email responses are rare and are typically a prewritten message that has no relation to what a customer wrote. There are reputable companies for hair products. Order from them.

UPDATE: Mike at Mayraki talks a good game. Don't believe it. Read the reviews on Trust Pilot instead, because the company BEHAVIOR doesnt change, customer service doesn't answer and more people than me are having bad reactions to the product and serious issues trying to get the promised refund if they receive the product at all.

Lousy service! Ordered my product on February 10th and…

Ordered my product on February 10th and as of February 24th(today) haven't received anything! Both of their customer service numbers just hang up when u call them. Contacted them via email and they told me it's gonna be a few weeks to get my delivery. I said I wanted it in a week or I want my money refunded. They told me they'd give me a 10.00 store credit if I were patient 😂 A WHOLE 10 DOLLARS! To wait over a month! These people should've put this on their website once this shipping issue happened. I'll be getting my refund!

I have placed an order on Monday 2/2…

I have placed an order on Monday 2/2 and today is Friday 2/6 still i have not even received confirmation email. My credit card is charged right away but no other info. Looks like it’s a spam website. Tried to call customer service number but looks like its not even a working number

Didn’t smell like a salon chemical

I was nervous because some keratin treatments smell awful. This one didn’t. No burning eyes, no strong fumes. My hair looked smoother after and didn’t feel coated or stiff, which I really liked.

Patience pays off

Everything about this product requires patience, including delivery. Once I accepted that, the experience improved. After consistent use, my gray hairs don’t stand out as much, and my hair feels better than when I was dyeing it.

Selling expired items & Poor customer service

I ordered colour shampoo and received 2 weeks ago and I have just opened its expiration date is 20/3/2026 which means I have to use 500ml colour in 2 months.that's scam.it was manufactured in 21/03/ 2023.
I paid for expressed delivery but I didn't received my order within time frame.

Mayraki doesn’t care about your order, they only want your money

I wrote a review upon your request about a week ago (#10182214)

Mayraki through an associate by the name of Mike, replied saying they were onto it and would get back promptly. It appears it was only a way to try and save face here as no action has been taken, the order status is still not visible on their site and obviously no tracking number has been provided.

When you are trusting a company for a hair treatment, being left in the midst of it is real bad as you are not only loosing time now as you can’t keep it up but you will actually reverse progress and you are left regretting you did not chose a different company and product to begin with.

To make it worse, though they know they can’t fulfil they even offer you fast shipping for an additional fee of course, and that is blatantly lying to customers.

Long shipping times and poor communication

I ordered the Mayraki Anti Grey Restoring Treatment on Dec 7th. After a month I had not received the product or any updates on the status of the order. I emailed support requesting a refund and the product magically shipped the next day.

Small change, big confidence .

I was tired of constantly touching up with temporary sprays and root concealers. Once I committed to using this regularly for about 4 months now), I noticed the contrast between my dark hair and greys shrank significantly. It’s not full coverage, but it doesn’t look unnatural either. I feel way more comfortable going out in natural light without extra products on my part line.

A total scam

As for other clients, an order placed two months ago has still not arrived. I am tired of sending repeated emails, that get answers from chatbots .
No product, no track number, no refund. This company is a scam!

It is funny how you do not find the time to respond to my chase emails but you react to this review…you should not put clients in such a situation.
