Scam

Order - 10171498 Scam..they do not send product. Has been 20 emails of back and forth saying they will refund but nothing. It should take 1min to create a refund in Shopify yet it takes them months and still no email to confirm refund or any sign of money.

Unethical business practices

I was so happy to find a company that states no fragrances are used in their products since I can't tolerate fragrances and try to find "green" products to use. I placed my order on 10-31-25, Order #10178977, for Gray Coverage Permanent Hair Color Dye Shampoo & Discovery Pack. It still says "awaiting fulfillment", 14 days later. I have emailed Mayraki twice (11-8-25 & 11-12-25) asking why it still has not been fulfilled and asking when I should receive my order. I received no response. But I get daily promotional emails asking me to purchase Mayraki products.
Based on what I have read today on this site, Mayraki lacks transparency and has unethical business practices. This is very disappointing. Please refund me for my order #10178977,

No longer a loyal customer

I never leave negative reviews but unfortunately this has become necessary as it seems there is no other way to get through to the company. Please issue a refund for my order #10177157.

I used to be a frequent customer of this company for several years but I see that things have changed dramatically.

I made my order a month ago on September 24th and still have not received anything. When I initially reached out, I recieved an automated response stating that I would get a reply within 72 hours. As they never did, I followed up again and finally got the following response:

“Thank you for reaching out. We do apologize for the delays. Let me get the tracking # for you. I'll be right back.”

But alas, they never got back to me after that.

At this point, I would like to cancel the order and receive my refund immediately. Thank you.

Really disappointed with this store

Really disappointed with this store. The delivery time was stated as 5–7 days, a few days have passed, yet my order still hasn’t even shipped. When I asked for an update, instead of answering, they responded to me with an email that would take 72 hours just to respond. That’s ridiculous — just give the update.

My previous order took 48 days to arrive, which was already unacceptable. If I don’t receive this one within 5-7 days, as they promised, I’ll be asking for a full refund of the $9.85 I paid for faster shipping.

They need to be honest about delivery times and stop misleading customers. Terrible communication and service.

Reply: I’m communicating with the customer service and now they said they will cancel my order, if it’s not gonna arrive on time. I didn’t ask to cancel my order, just for fast shipping if you are not gonna ship fast as promised on your website. 😒

BIG LIE

What are you talking about? You’re claiming that the new packaging hasn’t been released yet — that’s completely false. I’ve been using the new packaging tube version for three months now. Please stop misleading customers. You sent me the bottle version even though I specifically ordered the new packaging I was already using. This is unacceptable. Your customer service is terrible and your company is very manipulative. I will not be purchasing your products again, and I want everyone to know how dishonest your practices are.

Improvements needed to their process

Order ID - 10176719.

Order placed on Sep 17th 2025. To date, now at 5 weeks I've I've not received my order. I've contacted customer service via telephone but all you get is an automated message that no one is available.

I've sent over 10 emails to their customer support, and it's the same reply each time, that they will review shipping status. I have access to the shipping status and it shows as in transit, so thats not helpful.

Worst experience as a customer, their shipping process is poor and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

They have lost this customer after 3 years and they will lose plenty more.

They're taking people's hard earned money.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Incorrect product was delivered

I placed my order on 9/4 and on 9/16 was sent an email that said “The Mayraki Hair Care Gift Set - Moisturize and Repair Mayraki Weightless Essential Oil Nutritive Treatment is not available. We will refund the amount. Hope to hear from you.”
Since then, I have sent them 3 emails, one inquiry on their website, and tried calling their customer service which was always answered by a message that says to contact them via email.
I have not received my refund. And received only 2 curt responses. The one I listed above and this one on 9/23: “ We regret to inform you that the parcel was returned to the sender. Kindly confirm if we have the correct shipping address:…”
I let them know that it was my correct address and sent them 2 of the emails to get more information on why it was returned and why they didn’t answer my questions on a replacement product.
I am so disappointed with this company because I’ve ordered so many times from them since 2020, and their products have been so good and I never had any issues before this. I’m not sure what happened with this company. Cannot imagine how they’ll keep customers with this lack of customer service.

Hello, I received my order on 9/27, but it is not the product I ordered which was the Weightless Nutritive Treatment. Instead, it is a bottle of the Ultra Repairing & Weightless Moisture Shampoo, along with 8 samples of other products.

Am I going to receive the product I ordered or a similar one? I don’t need shampoo and would not be using this. Please advise on if I should return this. I opened the outer package of course, because I thought it was the correct product. I did not open the individual products.

The hair color turned my white hair…

I urge everyone to stay away from this company!

The hair color turned my white hair orange just like Ronald McDonald's curly orange locks. I ordered the gray coverage permanent hair shampoo (Beeline Honey 07) product 8/26th, it arrive 9/9, I used it 9/12 and reached out to Mayraki on 9/15 with pictures to ask for a refund.

I received a computer generated response that someone would get back to me within 72 hours due to the volume of requests they get daily. 6 days later I had not heard from anyone, so I wrote again.

I got a response a day later with a long email about the condition of the product and asking for a return within 30 days, etc. Yet another computer generated response. I sent more pictures as they requested and still no response.

I washed my hair 3 times right after coloring to reduce the orange color. And now 2 shampoos later the color is gone.

The reply I just received is stunning. So sweet and caring for the public; however, he is asking for information that I have sent 3 times to his department!!!

If I could give zero review I would…

If I could give zero review I would have. Since august 25th I placed my order, then I was emailed that the delivery date was going to be delayed with no date idea. So after about a week I found another company who delivered my order in less than 5 days. So I cancelled and it is sept 16 and I’m still waiting for the reversal of my order. Still waiting to find out that the refund was successful and all I keep getting is a bunch of excuses about it taking 10 days to process. Seriously it’s almost a month. I’m going to take this a step further

Horrible Company!

It took more than 6 weeks for my order to get delivered to Canada!!!

It was to be 3-7 business says, when I emailed 4 weeks after I placed it and said I was no longer interested in their products I was told they couldn’t cancel or issue a refund until I received it and of course pay for shipping back.

Finally I receive it and ask for a return label they demanded I sent photos of unused and unopened bottles EVEN THOUGH on their website they lied about 30 days full refund if you were not happy with their products. How could I determine if I like the products or not if I’m not allowed to even open the bottles!!!!

Lucky for me I was open the stupid company and their products I haven’t open anything.

My shipment was delivered to them 3 days ago and I got no acknowledgment or refund so far.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

SCAM! NO PRODUCT DELIVERED!

SCAM! Product has not been delivered after a month. No real answers from customer support. Tracking ID shows a postponed planned delivery date every time, now no in another month.
Update 250912: I have shared my order ID with Mayraki several times, but I just get automatic replies with no real information.
Update 250921: HairMayraki has still not made any attempts to resolve the fraud of not sending me any products at all after paying them for the product.
Update 251014: After almost 2 months, products arrived BUT DAMAGED. Delivered from China not Netherlands like stated by Mayraki. Hence I had to pay additional quite HIGH CUSTOMS FEES.
FRIENDS: DO NOT ORDER FROM MAYRAKI!

Extremely bad service and have not…

Extremely bad service and have not refunded me yet after weeks !

I ordered a set of 2 anti-grey products last May 21st, paying for a quicker delivery to Europe (+USD9.85) as I wanted to make sure the parcel would get to me before my departure on vacation on June 14th (one month later).
They sent me a tracking number, and said it would typically take 2 weeks for the parcel to be delivered to me.
The tracking information was not working, saying for weeks that the items has arrived in the warehouse, like if it was stucked there.
After many emails exchanged, the parcel arrived more than SIX WEEKS after the order !
I requested a refund from mid-June... They told me that they were awaiting for the parcel to be sent back, and that they will be issuing a refund.
I had to wait ONE MORE MONTH for them to confirm the refund to the original cc.
However, the refund was NEVER MADE.
I asked them to send me a proof of refund, but since mid-August, there were unable to do so. Every week, they promise they'll send it, but nothing.
It seems like a joke, but I already exchanged MORE THAN 30 emails with them since the ordering date.
In short : it took 6 weeks for the delivery to be made (instead of the 2-week delay promised) and once the items returned to them, MARYAKI HAS STILL NOT REFUNDED ME YET after 2 MONTHS !
I had never encountered such a bad experience for an online purchase !
I can read here that many customers are in the same case as me !
