Order no. 10175407 placed on 8/26/25, I inquired with customer service on an approximate delivery date. They continue to state that they are having issues with “fulfillment”. Which after discovering this site, it appears to be a common issue. Mayraki should inform customers of this issue before the customers place their orders. So far I haven’t received any information, and I now see that I was scammed. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

I tried the grey hair permanent hair dye shampoo. It did not work at all. Didn’t touch the grey. It also took 3 weeks to receive the product. I feel like it was a total waste of my time and money. I can only get a store credit after I pay to return the product. Why would I want to purchase any product from this company after their product does not work as advertised! I’m very disappointed with this company.

Worst shipping experience EVER!
Ok, so I will write another review when (or if) the product actually arrives, but I ordered from their website a month ago and still nothing.
They have replied to my emails with kind of generic, "we are sorry it's coming, we have shipping issues" replies, but the tracking info they have sent doesn't really help, and a month down the line and I am honestly still not sure where my order is and if in fact it has actually been shipped yet.
If you are in any sort of hurry to get a product for your hair, try a different company.
Also, if someone from Mayraki reads this. Please remove all that "spin to win" stuff from your website. Gambling or games of chance just don't give a professional feeling at all, and when I engage i a beauty product website, I don't want to have to fight with irritating pop ups every time, especially when I am trying to just get some feedback on my order.

I was under the impression this was a US company and thus it would ship from the US. I ordered to the UK and the shipment was sent from China. On the website it states non-US orders would be sent from the Netherlands. I am firmly against ordering anything from China due to the long delivery times and high carbon footprint. Also, it being sent from China makes me think it is possibly a low quality product and possibly tested on animals as is required by law for cosmetics sold in China. The website does not state it is being shipped from China (at least not clearly), it says Netherlands, and it does say it is cruelty-free, so then they ship from China but doesn’t sell the product there? Hmm, suspicious. Also it goes without saying, I have not yet received the product, it’s been over 2 weeks since I placed the order, it took them almost a week to ship it and now it’s stuck in the same spot in China for 9 days. This was a birthday present due 14 Aug, if I knew the delivery time would be long I would have ordered it a month ahead of time, not a week before.
Definitely won’t be a returning customer even if the product is good, unless they start shipping from United States or Europe. I absolutely hate ordering from China for so many reasons, I felt tricked by this company.

Avoid this company! The anti-gray product I ordered was ineffective and damaged my hair color. Despite returning both bottles at my own expense, the company refused a full refund, offering only store credit, which I declined due to dissatisfaction with their products. I believe this company engages in deceptive practices and cannot recommend their products or customer service.

I had an awful experience with Mayraki Hair from start to finish. It took weeks for my order to even ship, and during that time, their customer service was nearly impossible to get a hold of—slow, unhelpful, and lacking any real communication.
When the product finally arrived, I was shocked at what it did to my hair. After using it once, it stripped the color from my hair completely, leaving it an awful orange tone that was extremely hard to cover, even with professional color.
When I reached out to them about the damage, their response was insulting—they offered me nothing but a coupon for my next order. Needless to say, there will never be a next order. Between the terrible shipping delays, the lack of customer care, and the damage to my hair, I will never purchase from this company again.

This is the fifth time I am contacting you regarding my order placed on July 4th. Despite all my follow-ups, I have not received any update about the shipment, nor have I received the package.
My efforts to resolve this issue have been completely ignored, and I find this level of service unacceptable.
At this point, I no longer want the package. I am requesting an immediate refund for the full amount paid.
You have to process my refund without further delay and stope acting like a scam if really you are not!

Same issue yet, they said they found my tracking and order status will be updated in one week, again, nothing same story told, being apologetic is not enough. The company really needs to do something with its logistics provider or ship a new product out. I really want to try the product but seems they are not interested in sending one. Every week I need to follow up and they say the same thing. Remember this was shipped 19 June, looks like they want to break a record here !! They take no effort to resolve and send a new product only emails to say they will chase the shipping company. We are in a phase where deliveries are done within a week and this has taken significant amount of time but still this company wants to wait and see when it will be delivered. outrageous !!

I ordered the product way back on 17 June and the status said it was shipped on 19 June, I thought wow they are so quick great ! Waited for 2 weeks as that is the standard timeline for UK they say, nothing updated sent a chaser they said they will check and come back and a few days passed, fast forward have chased about 7 times now, all they can say is they are still checking with courier on it and how worse it could it be that they have no proper systems to track when they say we are trying to figure it out. They promised as of last week the tracking will be updated but still nothing. This is the 6th week after it has been shipped. Glad I didnt opt for subscription service as this is worse timelines.

It took me one month to receive my order even though I asked to cancel my order before shipping, they shipped anyway. I requested a refund after sending back the product, they didn't issue a refund after a month later they received my product. Their service is very unprofessional, they apologized for the delay but they don't take any action.

I ordered their Anti‑Gray Restoring Treatment on June 17th, and 9 day later….on June 26th received a message informing me that a pre-shipment label have just been created. The product never shipped. I contacted my credit card company and cancelled.

I applied the treatment and 15 minutes into it I started feeling a burning sensation on my scalp. As time progressed it kept getting worse until finally it got to a point where the discomfort and irritation was getting so bad I had no choice but to wash my hair/scalp under cold water and completely remove the product from my head. I just couldn’t tolerate the pain anymore. It didn’t state to apply the product with gloves so I used my hands- they were super dry and flaky for days literally getting caught on the fibers of my clothes and hair. OVERALL TERRIBLE! My hair feels like it was burned feels VERY dry as well. My neck has also been very itchy the past couple of days from the rash I developed. I’m super bummed and extremely frustrated. Even after washing it off I could still smell the product when blow drying my hair, it smelled like keratins I have used in the past that have formaldehyde. I believe it is due to the glycolic acid in it- when exposed to high heat it is basically formaldehyde being released.
I would like a refund. I reached out to them but I’m waiting to hear back in regards to getting my money back.

I used the keratin smoothing treatment for the first time and it changed my dark brown hair to an orangey auburn color. I’m super upset that it bleached my hair color!! Now I need to dye my entire head of hair to return it to its natural color. I want a refund!

I ordered before thoroughly researching the ingredients and figured out a few hours after my order that I wouldn’t be able to use this product as I’m allergic to some of the ingredients. I’ve been battling with eczema my entire life, so did not want to trigger any kind of flare. I canceled and asked for a refund within hours of paying and ordering in 5/23. Customer service did respond and say that my order was canceled and would refund me my money. My last correspondence was June 3, telling me I will be refunded. That was my last communication with them. I have since sent two emails asking when I will receive my refund with no response. Their number is disconnected. I will update this as soon as I receive my money back. Today is June 13, exactly 3 weeks.
Update to my last review. I receive my refund shortly after I left this review.

Sure enough made my curly hair smoother and less frizzy but starting with the first hair wash at 48 hours my neck and chest broke out in a rash for a day and my scalp has been itching and on fire since then. Having to put cortisone cream on my scalp until I can get a doctors appointment. My hair is also shedding SIGNIFICANTLY! Not breaking, legit falling out. I’m terrified it’s all going to fall out. Maybe it’s the keratin or the shampoo sample they provided or both but I’m pretty miserable. I did a patch test that went fine and followed the directions appropriately so did not expect this reaction. I asked the company for a refund but I haven’t heard back yet. And by the way it is not formaldehyde free—I researched the ingredients afterward and it contains glycolic acid which essentially turns into formaldehyde when heated.
