This company is DODGE!!!!!!!.... Awful customer service, happy to take people's money but don't provide the products. Give you a big massive run around blaming Australia Post for the issue when in fact they are DODGE... they will not send the products you purchase !!! Please do not purchase anything from this company. Currently disputing the trasnaction with Commbank.

DO NOT ORDER! This is a scam business. They provide you with a legitimate Aus post tracking number but never actually post the item. If you attempt to contact them, ‘Alex’ will claim the item was shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment. I’m now trying to dispute the transaction with my bank, don’t waste your time or money!

Absolute scam of a company. Same as all the other reviews here, took the money, said product was with Australia Post then nothing for weeks. Had to go through the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company. Please do not buy anything from this company. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering with this business. As per all the other 1-star reviews, I was provided a tracking number and assured my item was dispatched, but the Australia Post status never changed from "Ready for processing". I emailed a few times and gave them a cut-off date and time for resolution before opening a case via PayPal. I don't expect the business to admit to their scam, so I'm hoping I'll eventually get a refund from PayPal. I also lodged a Scamwatch report to the ACCC, outlining that it's a tactic this business has used repeatedly and included my email trail as well as screenshots from Trustpilot for further evidence. So dodgy.

Like others they said they had sent it but tracking not updating because the item hasn't actually been sent. I've lodged a dispute with my bank and will go to Fair Trading next if not resolved asap.

Terrible service. My experience was similar to other reviews below - definitely felt I was being scammed.

Alex initially replied to my emails asking when I'd receive my package, twice said h/she would escalate it, then said probably lost by AusPost, but would not refund $$ until after confirmed lost. (How long would that take? Who confirms a package is lost??)
I contacted AusPost twice at different post offices and both said a tracking number and info ABOUT the package had been received by AusPost, but no actual package.
After reading the reviews here, I lodged a dispute with PayPal and hey presto! Within a few days my package appeared at AusPost with normal delivery info, and I received it 3 days later.
I don't believe I would have received it without PayPal contacting the seller.
Definitely won't use again and would advise others to beware!

If I could give no stars I would. I never recieved my goods. Same excuse as everyone else. We send over 2000 parcels a week and have sent an escalation to Aus Post. The ph number associated is not even their company and when asked for a refund I dont get a single reply. I have had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Do yourself a favour review everything before you buy and DO NOT BUY from this company. 2 weeks and still nothing.

I cannot stress enough about how all the one star reviews and their experiences are correct.
I waited a month, A MONTH for my order, I contacted the supplier after Day 20 asking for a refund because my order had not even been shipped, I had dispatched Day of order (lie) and that it would be arriving soon, again, and Day 25 I asked for my money so I could purchase from a reliable source and I was dismissed. I placed my order on the 2nd August it took until the 30th August for them to even process and ship my order and only because I was back and forth with emails to this "Alex" person. Not only that, but they ignored what I as a consumer was asking for, which was nothing but my money back.
For the life of me, I cannot understand how they are still able to operate a business like this. It's illogical.

Same experience as everyone else. This is a scam site. They pretend that Aus Post has lost your order but they have never sent it. I managed to dispute the transaction through Comm Bank and they refunded me. I encourage everyone to leave reviews on their Facebook page to warn others- I managed to do so and they haven't deleted it.

Item never sent, complete scam where they generate a shipping label but never have the item scanned or posted. They then try to blame Australia Post. Do not waste your money. I’ve been waiting for a month for my items which I paid express post for.

Same as every other review. Purchased on the 31th July. Expected delivery by the 3rd Aug. Back and forth emails with Alex and she has now blocked my email address so all emails are bouncing back.
Have put in a dispute with my bank to redeem funds paid. This site is a SCAM.

UPDATE !! Today is the 23rd August, almost one month from paying for my order & paying express post. I opened a Case in PayPal last week, stating that if my order was not received by 25.08.23 I would escalate the case for PayPal to refund my money back in Full. And surprise, surprise, my Parcel arrived today. Lesson learnt - always look at external reviews for online businesses. I will NEVER deal with this company ever again. Time wasting with all the emails backwards and forwards also. Be very wary of this company.

Same as several reviews for this company, Items ordered and paid for 26th July. Today it's the 15th August. Many emails have been sent advising items not yet received. Paid for Express Post. Company blaming Australia Post. Looking at tracking it doesn't even indicate that Australia Post have got the item. 'We've Got It' is not showing on the Tracking. Have lodged a Dispute and requesting Refund through PayPal. ALWAYS use PayPal. Glad I didn't use just my Credit Card as I doubt I would get my money back. Disgraceful Service !!!!

Absolutely terrible! Same issue as majority of you had. Still waiting on my order which was placed 3 weeks ago now. Dealing with Alex via email is like talking to a brick wall, minimum communication, blaming Australia Post and still doesn’t have the empathy to send an update even after being asked. I should have known the red flags of this business due to the cheap costs of the products. If my order doesn’t arrive, this will be taken further. Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy from them!

I was suspecting something amiss from the way their rep. Alex was responding to my emails. Glad I came across the reviews here. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere!

Ordered products on 12th June and was told it was posted on 13th. I have been in touch with the company several times by email (no phone contact given on their website). They were intially responsive and said they would escalate the matter with Australia Post. Tracking status simply says that it is 'Ready for Processing.'
When I asked them to resend items or provide a refund the communication ceased.
I contacted Australia Post today (5th July) and was advised that the item has not been scanned and the most likely scenario is that it was never lodged. They also advised that mine is the first enquiry they have had about the parcel.
Australia Post will investigate further. I still await a response from hairproducts.com.au.
If it don't get any satisfaction I will be taking it to Fair Trading NSW.
Anyone purchasing from them, or Saln Essentials or the various other names they use should think again and go elsewhere.

This is a disgrace! I ordered products 9th of June and although it states that it would take 5-7 business days I waited 2 weeks before I started to look into why I haven't received it. When searching/tracking the parcel au post states that it's still with sender ready to be picked up? I have contacted them several times and they state that they have lodge an investigation and when I requested cancellation and refund they decline it due to they need a response from Australia post?
There is no apology, no solution. No timeframe given.
These guys must be stopped! Judging previous statements -I'm not the only one.
I too will contact fair trading. And even if they don't see themselves as scammers ( they are) they have really poor customer service and I'm surprised they are even aloud to operate/ manage a business. I have so far been waiting a month!

Put the word out there that they are scammers so no one else falls for their BS. And no hair products don’t reply to this review with your sh1tty excuses, because I will just laugh like your other responses.

Don't even rate them 1 star. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my products to arrive. All they keep telling me is they have been shipped. They aren't chasing it up as I would have answers by now if it was shipped. Plus I payed for express shipping and still waiting for a refund for the shipping as it definitely isn't express. The tracking number they are giving me is saying "waiting to be picked up" by the courier. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone.
Update- have now spoken to Sendle who it is supposedly posted by. They do not have the order. They went to pick it up and wasn't ready. So they sent an email to request a new date to pick up. But Hairproducts.com.au isn't answering their email. Yet they are telling me its posted. They are liars. They are now not replying to my emails. I will be calling Fair trading now to chase up a refund.

Received my order after several weeks of emailing constantly and a complaint to fair trading about them. One of my poducts I finally recieved was up to standard, the other though I believe was old stock it was covered in dust, and smelt a bit off. So I won't be using it. I am over dealing with them its too draining. So I am will just never be buying from them again. Yes I also got told the same Australia Post story too.

Wow how funny how everyone is having the same complaint.
This company is so dodgy,how can so many orders get lost in the post, more like they arent posting the goods cause they dont have them.
I have the same complaint as everyone else. Ordered my goods on 21st may, on 22nd may got an email advising goods are on its way with a tracking number.
I added to my aussie post ap which said ready for processing and still shows the same today 2nd June.
I emailed Alex who advised it was shipped and will escalate to aussie post if not received in next few days.
I contacted aussie post myself who advised goods have not been sent as they never recieved the parcel. I emailed Alex and advised this but he never said he would chase up. Just said the same thing everyone else is saying “ it can happen, issues reading the label.”
If the label is printed how can there be a problem reading it!!
Then next email said the same spill, “we send over 2000 parcels”, now im guessing he has a script he has to tell everyone hoping we will fall for these lies.
I have emailed him requesting a refund and oh to my surprise he now says a new parcel has been shipped and will have to go run down to dispatch to see if they can recall it. This was 10 am this morning so its taken all today for this to happen as no more emails have been received.
This company has so many lies to tell their customers and with me, i dont believe a word they say.
I ended up ordering through my original hair products company the same items and it took them a day for the delivery to come, so if hair products werent scammers i would have had my goods within 2 days.
So im just over the lies hair products have told me and have reported them to my bank to chase the refund as im guessing there will be more lies on why they cannot give me one themselves.
Maybe you guys should find a real job and stop scamming the customers!
