have had this wig since March of this year. This is my second time wearing it I’ve heat styled it multiple times but also take care of it well using the same products I use on my natural hair and it always feels new after washing. Obsessed with the density fullest hair I’ve ever had. Quality unmatched and I get compliments on how natural it looks. Will definitely purchase another unit soon.

I purchased a wig and had it customised to match my measurements. Received the wig in 2 weeks and it fit perfectly! Quality 10/10 and worth the wait & money. They're my go-to for high quality custom wigs (that are easy to install and comfortable to wear) and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I have so far brought 4 wigs from Harvivi and I have loved every single one. I would 1000% recommend buy from them. Their customer service is very good.

The hair was so beautiful and of good quality as well . My woman loved it so hairvivi is definitely gonna be my plug moving forward.

Prior to purchase, customer service were very helpful answering my questions and accomodating and additional information i needed. Ensurimg i was happy with everything before purchase went ahead. Nothing was a bother to them and will be purchasing from them again. Upon receipt of goods, hair quality is very good, one of the best ive had. Hair quality has remained upon wash and custom colour added. The comfiest cap of all my wigs also. Fits my head the best and this is something I have struggled to find but can wear this and feel its lightweight for the density. Lace quality is by far the best I have also seen. I wish they did more colours which werent so dark at the root but, this is only due to me being so pale, not an issue with their products. No shedding and most durable wig I own. I feel like im going to get my monies worth from this!

I’m new to wearing wigs, and the Chloe wig from Hairvivi has been such a great first experience. The quality is excellent! The wig is soft, natural, and has a true luxury feel at a budget-friendly price. I felt comfortable and confident wearing it right away. I’ll definitely be ordering more from Hairvivi.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could!

I purchased a wig which arrived on 11th September. After wearing it for just two weeks, I gave it its first wash. I’m an experienced wig wearer and know exactly how to wash and care for wigs, so I followed all the correct steps.

To my shock, after just one wash and only two weeks of use, the wig looked completely ruined — as though I had been wearing it for six months! The quality was extremely disappointing.

I contacted customer service a week ago, expecting some support or at least an apology. Instead, their response was shocking. They weren’t apologetic or concerned — in fact, they were insulting. Rather than addressing my issue, the representative wrote me a long email explaining how to wash a wig, despite the fact I had already made it clear I know how to do this properly.

I requested either a replacement or a full refund, but instead, they dismissed my concerns and offered me a £20 coupon — something they give out regularly anyway. Completely unacceptable.

The wig quality is not as advertised, and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I even sent photo evidence, which was simply ignored. I’m writing this review because I’ve had enough, and I want others to know the truth: poor quality products and appalling customer service.

I loved the wig, it has a lot of quality and is ready to use, I will definitely order it, I have always loved it👌🏾💖

I bought my second unit from Hairvivi! Once again the quality was outstanding, far better than other companies I have purchased from in the past. The hair is soft, zero shedding, and the color is flawless. I have gotten so many compliments.

The best beginner friendly wig i have ever purchased. This is my second purchase and the quailty is still amazing, the ease to install still leaves me in awe. The customer service for the company is so good and it's the other reason why I'm still an active customer of their's.

After receiving a wig in the wrong color they would not let me return or exchange!!! Claimed to help me with Fedex but that never happened. I am so disappointed. Over $600 LOST. The wig also smells horrible & the lace looks wiggy.

These guys are the Mecca in regards to wigs. I am blown away by their lightning fast customer service, ability to do great custom orders and how FAST they ship. I’ve ordered 3 wigs and I always have my wig within a week. I just placed another order and they shipped it same day for no extra fees and it’ll be here in 5 days. SO WILD how fast they are and the quality is just impeccable. I have to laugh at how no one believes me when I tell them I’m wearing a wig.

I recently bought two wigs from Hairvivi - the Elena and Catherine and they were both perfection! Ordering was easy, customer service was great at reaching out when there was an issue with my shipping address, and delivery was quick! Not going to lie, I was a little apprehensive at first. I’m used to spending thousands on high-quality wigs, but I’m so glad I gave this one a try. It melts perfectly, the knots are invisible, and the color is gorgeous. I’ve washed it three times now and toned it to platinum—it still looks amazing. I’m very happy with this purchase. I've already ordered my next one, Sophia!

I’ve been purchasing units from Hairvivi for over 8 years now and they never disappoint. Their customer service team is always responsive and helpful, and units always arrive within a week or less from the date of ordering. I’ve gained so much confidence while transitioning from relaxed to natural and I’m very grateful their products are available.

They deserve ZERO stars. I recently bought a wig from them, the Alice wig, 20”. first and last time I’m ordering from them. It’s advertised as 100% human. I have and have had a ton of 100% human hair wigs for MUCH cheaper! they’re lying through their teeth, the second i took it out of the packaging, meanwhile it’s beautiful, it felt fake. then i straightened it on 200° TWO HUNDRED. and the ends of the hair reacted like plastic. they did exactly what synthetic hair does when heat is applied. they coiled up, and went completely brittle. the ends feel disgusting. you know when you wrap a christmas present and create a ribbon, and use a scissor to curl the ends? I can do that with my fingers on this hair. it’s PLASTIC. i am paying almost $700 for a wig that isnt even all human hair. when that’s what is advertised. I would NOT have bought this had i known it was mixed. do not put 100% human hair in the description when that is FALSE. you are ROBBING people out of hundreds of dollars. I want a full refund of course but guess what, in their last email they told me, only up to 180° can be used on the hair…. and that they’re willing to refund me $50.00. I have other HUMAN hair wigs that I bought for immensely cheaper that take 445° heat. I’m never buying from them again. Do not trust them.
edit: didn’t remember anything wrong, in total i’m paying $670 and change for a synthetic mix wig. i’ve had plenty of wigs in my lifetime, I know what a synthetic mix looks and feels like, how it reacts to heat and when brushed consistently. for this wig to be “100% human”… there sure are a lot of regulations i must follow in order for it not to be brittle… on the first day of me owning it. Your wigs are not 100% human hair and that’s that. You are bearing no loss by giving me $50.00. once again that is nothing compared to what I am paying. Your business is shameful and dishonest, and most of all FRAUDULENT. I want nothing from your team unless it is a refund.

I usually order wigs at really high prices, I chose to try this site and came out really satisfied!! The hair color is stunning and delicate, high-quality hair and comes relatively long The scalp-like look definitely looks natural I loved it and will buy again❤️

This is a wonderful company. Their customer service is fair, responsive, and impressively efficient — especially considering they operate from the other side of the world! It's rare to find a company that handles inquiries so promptly and with genuine care. It’s a shame more companies aren’t like this. Highly recommended
