I received my wig from Hairvivi and I’m really impressed. The density is just right, the hair is super soft and natural-looking, especially at the front. I thought it would take longer to arrive, but it came really fast. The quality is much better than I expected and the cap fits perfectly. Even in hot weather it feels light and comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase!

My order Kylie wig arrived to Wisconsin, USA in a week. This wig is beautiful in color1 . Cap size was a perfect fit, very comfortable. Hair is soft and doesn't tangle, no shedding and no visible split ends.

I was satisfied with this purchase so placed another order for the Ciara Wig which I will review another time.

I am so satisfied with my product, it came in a timely matter. It was everything that I expected plus more. Ive gotten so many compliments on this unit (Chase) I would definitely purchase again from Hair ViVi ... Thank you again for a wonderful product well worth it.

I loooove this wig!!! A totally new me! The wig is soft. The bleached knots and plucked hairline are also impressive. I think I'll buy more.

I’ve bought from Hairvivi before, but this time I’m very disappointed. After just a few wears, the hair became dry, frizzy, and the ends look very thin. It sheds when brushed and doesn’t feel like the same quality as before.
Customer service offered me a $15 refund or $35 discount, even though their website already gives $30 off, which felt unfair considering I paid over $400. I now have to spend even more to fix it at a salon.
Sadly, I would not recommend Hairvivi based on this experience.

Their wigs are top quality the hair is human hair their cap construction is #1 fit perfect you receive nice gifts beautiful packing the wigs are gorgeous no shedding smell so good you can truly get a years wear out of them this is an honest review not payed clair is so nice she give excellent customer care

I was in the market for a nice human hair wig after losing my hair from chemotherapy. I had planned to go the custom route but was recommended Hairvivi, and I couldn’t be happier! The cost of the wig (around $500) was a steal for how high quality it is (compared to $2-$3k for a custom wig). I had planned to just wear this for events but find myself putting it on all the time! Everyone I know is astonished at how real it looks—some people even thought I simply didn’t lose hair fro
chemo. I can’t recommend them enough!

I posted a review on their Instagram page, but I cant find where I left the comment so I'll gladly write another review. I've struggled with wigs for years...The quality never quite matches up to what had been advertised, so I really need people to understand that a wig from HairVivi is worth the money. I could go on to write an elaborate review but this is what I really want people to get from this review... The wig doesn't disappoint.

This is my second wig from Hairvivi and I’m just as thrilled as the first time. The hair is beautifully soft, smells fresh, and the quality is outstanding. It looks incredibly natural — I only trimmed the lace and was ready to go right out of the box. Highly recommend!

This is my first human hair wig. It’s beautiful. The hairline is amazing. I got the honey lace because I’m pale and it looks great! I’m used to synthetic wigs but nothing compares to this. I’m so happy I decided to buy it. As much as I’ve spent on synthetic wigs I could have saved myself so much money just buying a good one. Just buy one. It’s so worth it.

The quality of these wigs are unmatched . I have 3 wigs from them and they never disappoint. Customer service is also great . They reply in a timely manner, and are very attentive . I will always recommend their wigs !

I recently purchased a wig from Hairvivi and I’m absolutely blown away. The wig arrived well-packaged and faster than expected. The lace was buttery soft and matched my skin tone flawlessly. The hair itself feels luxurious—no unpleasant smell, minimal shedding, and holds style beautifully, even after heat styling. It truly looks and behaves like real hair.

The pre‑plucked hairline and bleached knots made styling so easy—I literally took it out of the box, trimmed a bit of lace, and it was ready to wear. Their glueless design worked perfectly once I secured it, and I got many compliments on how natural it looked! Their customer service was helpful and responsive, too.

Overall, Hairvivi offers fantastic craftsmanship, user-friendly designs, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be ordering again—highly recommend!

First off I wanna say the customer service from this company is fantastic. I had a small issue and they were able to fix it immediately.

Pros: The color of the unit is great, the hair is thick all the way through to the ends, the hair is true the length and real HD lace. I have been wearing this unit daily for over a month and have had ZERO shedding which is unheard of for a blonde unit.

Cons: The hair had a terrible smell when it first arrived. I thought about returning the unit because I was afraid it would not wash out. I contacted the company and they helped me fix it immediately. Unfortunately, after I washed and conditioned the hair, using cool water and let it air dry, the hair remained very frizzy and looked damaged no matter what products I’ve tried to use on it. After I washed it and it looks the exact same no matter how I try to style it. I applied low heat with a heat, protectant spray and thermal protectant serum, and it was still extremely frizzy. I have not attempted to use heat again because I’m afraid it will damage the hair beyond repair. The only other complaint that I had is that I ordered a cappuccino fake scalp that said it was light brown however, it’s too dark for my skin. I would advise anyone to order a lighter cap color unless you have a darker complexion. This is my first unit from this company so it’s totally possible I just received a not so great unit and different unit maybe in a different color may be better.

With that being said, the hair density, the HD lace, the construction are all phenomenal. The customer service from this company is unbeatable and it’s definitely better than the majority of the other wig companies that have blended hair or don’t actually use HD lace.

I absolutely love their wigs🤩I ordered their “Elle” wig 16 “ . I have been wearing wigs for approximately 10 years due to alopecia,and usually I would try a different company next time. But since I tried Hairvivi last year they have become my go to business for my wigs. Their wigs are so beautiful, comfortable, and such good quality. Their special wig cap stays secure in all kinds of weather, even also through bading and even diving from a pier (even though it’s not recommended for the wigs sake😅). Since I have alopecia I am wearing wigs daily,and hairvivi makes it possible to have a gorgeous wig for an affordable price😍 And their costumer service is one of a kind,if you have any concerns they will make sure that you are well taken care of 👌🏼

I love this Catherine wig! It looks so natural and super soft! I love the packaging as well. The staff is extremely wonderful and helpful. They stayed in contact with me from the beginning and deliver of my order. The hair looks just like the picture.
