Reliable and good quality
Very efficient company. Ordering on the website was very easy and quick. My order arrived quickly and was very well packed. Salt is good quality and perfect for my needs. Ordered salt 3 weeks ago with delivery confirmed for 19 Jan, sent them a message querying the order with no reply. Going to have to reverse credit card transaction. Is this company fake?
4 weeks later and Halite came back to me, delays due to stock coming from Egypt. Order refunded.

Don't get scammed like me. Salt Contains Impurities
Don't get scammed like me. Was looking for a more affordable block salt supplier and happened upon this company. The price was good but obviously too good to be true as the saying goes. They try to entice you but advertising the benefits of the salt being imported from an oasis in Egypt. What you get is complete garbage. The salt blocks are not produced using the vacuum system most reliable producers use. The result is that you get blocks that contain impurities such as sand and other grits. Best case scenario is that is makes a mess of your softener. Worst case is that it will make a mess of your entire plumbing system and possibly even affect your health.
I have tried to contact the company several times to ask for a refund on my remaining blocks of salt but they've never responded. So don't be like me and try to get a deal too good to be true. Go with a reputable company that has been around for a while and pay a little more.
