Turned up on time even arranged to turn up a week early which suited.Did a great job on the scratches looks like new.Unable to get all of the dent out of the sill hence the four stars, but it’s not that big a deal as you would only notice it on close inspection. All in all I’m happy with the job.

Booked an appointment with Summer whose communication with me was great throughout. Had a badly damaged and poorly fixed corner to my driver's door. Gavin arrived and we had a friendly chat about the job in hand. He set to work and totally transformed it. Awesome result and price and couldn't be happier! Absolutely recommended and will be using Hall Auto Cosmetic Repair and Gavin again for sure!

Rainy October day, Gavin shows up after a 2hour drive, organises himself, has a cup of coffee & cracks on without any comment about the drive or the weather. Brilliant approach & what looks to be a first rate result. I’d recommend you to anyone.

Excellent service. It was easy to set up the initial appointment within a couple of days of contact. Gavin arrived promptly outside my house & got to work straight away. He was polite & explained in a easy manner what he needed to do. The work he did was brilliant & made the car look as though it had never been scratched! I’d certainly recommend your company to friends & family.

Excellent customer service at every step - which is something sadly lacking from many companies nowadays. They were in contact when they promised, gave me a great price for the work I'd asked for and got me booked in to have the work done within a week. The engineer turned up bang on time and was great to deal with - no "oh it's gonna be this much now" either, and even got the team at the office to email me some quotes for other work that I told him I'd been thinking about having done too - that were with me in minutes! He's done an absolutely top-notch job and both cars look brand new again! I will be back to you in a few weeks to get my son's car done, and will be recommending you to anyone I see in the office car park in need of your services!
